I would get out of my third-world country with extremely low-quality mindset, settle out, have something in the bank for a year while i study, donate 10% and invest and reinvent the rest.

It might not be as fun as other alternatives but it's the mindset i personally have.

I wouldn't know what to do with such money. A lot of it would definitely be stolen by taxes so I'd be happy if I ended up with 10 million in hand after all the fees and taxes.
I'd make sure to invest a large part of it in real estate and maybe buy myself a boat to sail around the world. I'm sure I wouldn't gamble it all away. That would be a waste.

I honestly won't do any major life upgrades with such amount...
I will continue living where I live or buy a caravan van (mobile home). I will probably upgrade some of my Internet devices. May invest in few offline businesses like poultry, fishery and gardens... There are certain things I will do if I win such kind of jackpot. Let me give you the wishlist and I hope you pray for me,

1. Pay off my mortgage and get a freehold on my property.
2. Invest in education - that's probably the best thing anyone can do with their winnings. Because education is the only thing that will guve you lifelong return. I will choose a foreign university to pursue MBA in Marketing so that my life can be secured.
3. Gift my parents a nice car.
4. Invest in more properties without taking out a loan. Because property is the only investment that is inflation adjusted!

I don't hope that I will win such jackpot anyday but these are just my wishlist.

That's a lot. Though realistically, i don't think i have a chance at all lol. But if i get that  amount, i'll make sure that many people will benefit from it as well. The problem is that most people who win lotteries are usually poor persons and they don't have any financial education. Because you rarely see a millionaire winning a lottery, probably because millionaire don't even play at lotteries anymore. Anyway, a poor person has a mentality of living poorly because that's how they lived their entire life and it's logical why the percentage of people that lose everything after they've won a lottery is so high. They simply can imagine themselves living the lifestyle of a millionaire over a long period of time because all of their life they've lived in poverty and that's their safe zone from where it's extremely hard to get out. I'm wondering how many tries and tickets did they do? Yet obviously, some are dedicating some penny to buy lottery ticket everyday and hoping to bag the jackpot. That's definitely a life changing to anyone.
