I am started to use specs lately which comes with radiation reflector coating so which is better to wear while we are surfing the display for too long but for sure it will hurt the eyes but we can eliminate the radiations entering into ours directly.

You also can buy one without any powers on it.

Even though I stay in front of a computer of phone most of the day I don't use any special glasses or applications to prevent hurting my eyes. So far I've never had any problems with my eyes but I'm imagining that if I continue like this in a few years things will not be the same. I think in the future I will start using some applications to reduce blue light of my phone screen but for now I'm good.

I don't use any type of special classes I use normal glasses to read and see the world with my eyes so if it was helpful for reducing the radiation and definitely try to make it possible for me.

I used to back when I was younger.  I got out of the habit of wearing them though and my new eye doctor has never felt I needed to replace them.  They had a rose tint to them to help combat the fatigue fluorescent lights and computer screens can put on your eyes.  Of course that was back in the days of CRT's too, so...

I am planning on buying one for myself since I am always infront of computer or on my phone,
Does this glass really works or is it just another scheme for people to buy it?
My head always hurts and I read that it is because of long exposure to the computer or phones and the glass could help a lot and also to your sleep.

Me personally I am almost 3-4 hours every time on my computer daily and my eyes don't hurt because I am using this anti-radiation glasses and it is highly recommended because it blocks the radiation and it blocks the light of screen coming to your eyes not block at all. It is delaying the light so that you can still adjust and take away your self into the screen.

I use reading glass for my eyes protection during i work in computer. And also i use dark sunglass under the heavy sun to protect my eyes. Because sometimes i feel not good if I didn't use eye protection.
