I need help...

Over the course of 2018 I used Cryptopia to sell altcoins for BTC, because of the low withdraw fee:
0.0001 (10k satoshi).

After the exchange was hacked, I decided to look for other platforms that have rates below 0.0002, but it's hard to find...

Do you have any suggestions?

In my opinion, the transaction fees above are still cheap compared to transaction fees from other services, even at other exchange places can reach 50k satoshi in one transaction. Maybe now it's difficult to be able to find exchange services with cheap transaction fees.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Instead of looking for an exchange with low withdrawal fee I would suggest to consider a reputed exchange. You do not end up again like Cryptopia. Although I am not ignoring the fact that legal hazard can happen with any exchange.

It's always safer to keep your crypto in your own wallet.

I agreed. Normally there aren’t big different between exchanges’ BTC withdrawal fees. Most importantly is to use a reputable exchange. Comparing withdrawal fees and the amount of BTC you own, I believe it is easy to see which is more valuable.

I think what OP should be thinking about should not be the lowest withdraw fees from exchange but the most safes exchange. Haven your coins safe is the best than haven the lowest withdraw fees without coins been secure.

Yeah that's definitely and we should to be use reputable and trustworthy exchange. Don't use random exchange for lowest withdrawal fees to save your money. Major exchange fees is quite high but you can assure to keep hold your asset and any transaction is safe.

Not all reputable exchange have higher fees  . ive use a couple of them and i found out that some are surprisingly cheap  . some exchange do also have interchangeable fees that depends on the current value of cryptos   . if the coins are down , the fees also cheap but if the coins are up the fees also  got higher   .  but yeah , we must not look for the lowest fee , we rather should aim for the credibility of the exchange   .

When it comes to withdrawal, I will look for bch/btc pairing and I'll convert my btc into bch because it has a lower fee to all exchange (based on my experienced). I have a wallet that supports the BCH a coins.ph.

You can use other way how to make lowest withdrawal fee by making withdraw with altcoin, never make withdrawing with bitcoin or ethereum because you will have pay higher fee, use dogecoin is the best solution how to get lowest withdrawal fee.

In ZB, the handling fee for Bitcoin withdrawal can be as low as 0.0003 to 0.003. I think because the Bitcoin network is still a bit congested, so they all choose higher handling fees. Otherwise, your Bitcoin will not know when it will arrive. I just checked that there are 153,457 unpackaged bitcoins. So if you want to hurry up, please don't fill in such a low handling fee.

Lbank is lowest fees exchange 0.001 i think there are no more another lower fee exchange.

Are you sure? Binance has 0.0005btc withdrawal fee, how come it's LBank? But seriously I don't trade on newbie sites because of its low liquidity, not unless there's no other choice.

Quote
Gate.io is medium fees i using a lot of times and withdrawal is super fast. But in the Dex exchange etherdelta and forkdelta is small fees.

Yah it's small fee but if you need btc, you'll just end up paying more fee so more or less this isn't advisable.

BTC0.001 is not the lowest, it's 100% higher compared to Binance.
FYI @Tamilson , LBANK is not a new exchange and the liquidity is good, currently they have a volume of $436,151,054 USD
and you can confirm that by looking at https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/lbank/, hopefully you can also try this exchange.
