well the fundamental infrastructure that has to be changed is basically the installed cryptocurrency index that is still under controll of the bitcoin creators and their corrupt affilates.

the world is mostly just spectating and doesn't care what the crypto market does.

the collapse was a natural consequence of the irrationally bullish run-up in 2017. price had been completely divorced from fundamentals. now we're just experiencing the next phase in the market cycle, where price returns to the mean. it has more to do with profit taking by earlier adopters and capitulation by late adopters than anything else.

the price is always going up and down, sometimes like 2017 it will be exaggerated and the big size of it causes a big dramatic downtrend afterwards but in the end the adoption is going to continue to happen no matter what the price looks like in short term and that is why in the long term we always see a higher price for bitcoin and a death for altcoins that are useless.

bull or bear markets are not the reason why some people or even businesses are scared of adopting bitcoin. there are a ton of other reasons, for example lack of regulations and fear that the government may ask their business for a hefty tax if they accept bitcoin payments or if the individuals buy bitcoin.
as for the price itself the only thing that may scare people is unreasonable rises and falls which indicate manipulation otherwise nobody cares when price goes up and down naturally.

The mentioned article the not point out enough reasons to show that the infrastructure is continuing to rise.
It mostly showed features of bitcoin and even as a bitcoin lover am worried about the situation.

It's because some services and people understand that it's not always sunny for bitcoin and there needs to be someone who will spearhead projects and platforms for bitcoin to grow even bigger. Yes I agree, price maybe down for very long but rapid adoption is unstoppable. I am certain that this lows are not part of demolition instead its part of the whole cycle and big investors taking advantage. So I think opportunities we see in the markets today is a once in a lifetime that shouldn't be miss.
