It could be the result of the display cost feature on NoLimit City and I think the player was definitely using a booster of sort and not a bonus buy.
Although it was indeed a very lucky spin for the player in question, but I think such a player paid for premium, because after betting €2 to get the spin, the game was still treated like a €0.20 bet.
