First exchange site will be Crex24 as i have read at the server.  They are planning to sell some masternodes to get funds to be listing on exchanges. I don't know current situation, you can directly contact to moderators, etc.

There are two exchange site including PROX. Enmanet and Wadax exchange services. However volume very low and i don't know about those sites much. I think that is a way to sell mn by exchange site for now.. Before listing on popular exchange sites.

Someone gave current nodes already earlier. In fact they didn't change, still same. You can use those nodes. I'm using those nodes and wallet flying indeed. Syncing fast and working smooth.
