As some of you may have noticed, the other thread has been locked. I don't know why but since the next round of fixtures is only two weeks away, a few of us would like the possibility to discuss about it. This is why I'm creating this one. As advised by tokeweed (op of the other thread) I believe a specific thread for this season might be more appropriate. I hope the mods won't mind. Otherwise, just delete this one. It is good to see a new thread for the Champions League around.
I would love to discuss some topics with regards to the matches that are going to happen in two weeks.
One of them is that I think that Juventus may jeopardize their qualification in this early stage. I don't see any competitive performance from them in the last matches and i think that Atletico is going to qualify easier than they have thought.

I’ll save some funds to play on Liverpool to win, as they normally win whenever LFC_Bitcoin is in the stands e.g. their most recent premier league match he was there I’m expecting photos from him. I also feel Juventus will be the team to lift the cup, i only see Manchester City, Liverpool and Barcelona competing with them. |

So, if old thread won't be unlocked, it's good to have new one.
Less than 2 weeks left and finally Champions league will return after winter break. Some things had changed since the draw was made.
First - Real started to play solid in recent weeks. If they continue playing like now, I don't see any chances for Ajax.
PSG were obvious favourites when Mou was in charge. But now MU is a different team under management of Solskjaer. Also, P$G lost Neymar and it changes a lot of things in this pair. Still, I think that PSG have slightly better chances to advance further, but now we can't write-off MU.
Now there are no small clubs left in this stage and it's good for fans of top football. What can be better than matches like Bayern - Liverpool, Atletico - Juve or Tottenham - Borussia already in first round of playoffs.

I believe Manchester United can take inspiration from David slaying the Goalith, wherein I consider Manchester United to be David.
