Me There are two fee for the transactions one is 0.001 and the other one is .002 The 0.001 fee applies to the transactions upto four decimal places like 1.0032, 0.4789. 4518.4567 The 0.002 fee applies to the transactions with more four decimal places and no real number like 0.00001, 0.23147, 0.12476198, 0.00000001 but not 1.478914. Now you might think why there is higher fee for such low transactions "0.00001, 0.23147, 0.12476198, 0.00000001". The reason is that an attacker can flood the network with very small transactions and hence slow the network as it happened in case of etherium last year. Therefore we make people to avoid useless very small transactions.

Me henry as the coin grows you can't hold to a single code, I will upgrade code where the people will use custom fees like in case of BTC and LTC. For now the 0.001 fee is good enough trust me as growth of coin will take some time, and this constant fee mechanism is tested from the time of BTC, LTC and all others. 0.0001 means someone can do like 10000 transactions with a sinle coin, and in case of transctions fee you need to take care of miners too whol will be giving their resources to the network in order to make it secure and verify the transactions. So you will have keep the balance between miners and users.
