It's quite fast I've made a string with google as bookmark, If I click I will find if he does new account. So it's just 1 click for month very low effort.

Hello @coinlocket$, hope you know there's a faster way to do this.  Just click the report to moderator button on his ban evasion post and drop a comment informing the moderator that user just committed "ban evasion" then add a link to his ban appeal post and within minutes/days user will be banned.
I have used this method severally and it works just fine. You can keep a tab on account monitoring it until it's banned.

Glad to see your point, as I said he can use random person accounts to evade the ban, for now, I removed the feedback, let see how the situation evolve since you are a new account, also the banned man uses a big youtube channel so Is quite easy to track him cause he will never change his youtube channel.

This is the point, if he had said from the beginning to work with him, it would have been a doubt without feedback but since he said before he did not know Russs512 and after a week he not only declared that he knew him but also he is working together... (leads to thinking, they are the same person or they are evading the ban as a team)

This not a correct behavior in my opinion, of course, I can be wrong if the community thinks that the feedback is too much for this case I can remove it.

I'm neutral as to the feedback, because I think you made a good case against this guy and you're most likely right that this is his ban-evading alt account.  People will do unbelievable things to stay in these bounties.

On the other hand, it's really a moderator issue.  If the mods agree with you, the alt account should be banned as well.  It'd be nice if one of them stopped by to give their opinion on this. 

Also, a video isn't really going to prove much of anything, since you can always get a friend to lie his ass off on camera--but I would still be interested to see what video he's talking about.  Not sure why he wouldn't just link to it instead of talking about it.  That's a red flag, IMO.
