My actions and posts are an attempt to save the forum, and to create an interesting place for sensible discussion between people of all abilities and nations.

I think my next thread will be a request for the ability to award merits to certain members for NOT posting  on the boards.

I was wondering how jet cash would respond to that post. Tbh I read the first line and then realised why I clicked ignore the first time...

Maybe awarding merits for not posting is not such a bad idea... or reducing the merits for those who write huge posts that can be shortened (I skimmed the rest it was still way too long)...

I don't think speculation board, bitcoin discussion board, altcoin discussion boards looks too bad now after all those active reporting by the members in the recent time. It's the image we are still stuck in. We are blindly saying something without even visiting the boards anymore.

The thread looks sort of speculative thread to me,and I think that's why it's been rightly moved to that board,the only bad dude happens to be that beginners hardly visit that board and since the post is patterned in their favor it'll be difficult to perform it's desired effect.
Both you and the mods have a point,but they are only doing their "job",and good discussions could still take place on the speculation board

Stop sig spamming whilst casting your groundless assumptions in my direction. I barely drink alcohol on Saturday mornings.

Now if you would like to debate the validity of my post do so. Isolate the parts you have issue with and we can debate it.

The debate has gone very very personal.  I think personal attacks must be avoided or have gentle boundaries.  We can say our issues without hurting others. 
There is reaction to each and every action.  If we spread love we will get it as return. 
So my humble request everybody should convey him / her in a way which does not hurt others.

I can't see any issues although I've made too much of a use of the ignore button as a recent times due to the number of spammy trolls that are here for the reason that mods don't want to delete them.

@mday, there is still quite a bit of spam on there as far as I can tell and a beginners board might just focus the discussion more.
