fox.exchange is using several security services and methods which we prefer not to disclose at the moment.
Moreover, fox.exchange is more secure than any traditional exchange since we don’t hold customers funds, of course we don’t control your end and as you already probably know it is highly recommended you’ll make sure your end is secure when depositing to fox as you should do when interacting with any other crypto service online.
As for your second question, the answer in short is: sure!
In order to keep the funds safe the servers architecture is highly important and it’s being updated every once in a while.

I have been successfully trading with them the past few days. They processed 50+ transactions for me.

I would like to confirm Fox exchange as a scammy service with an absurdly arrogant support. I was pushed into their service by the Exodus wallet swap and Fox exchange stole 1.5eth from me via arbitrary KYC requests (this from a wallet directly tied into and kycd via Binance, so not related to AML flags). I just tried to swap 4 ether with fox.exchange ( through the Trezor Suite trade feature )for doge 5 hours ago and i still not get my doge instead i got a transaction ID that is not even in the blockchain.
I am starting to think i got scammed and fox.exchange is not replying to my emails. Horrible experience so far....

I got scammed by this site.
Exchanged btc to dogecoin via exodus wallet. My exchange was never completed, but exodus asked me to contact fox.exchange directly.
They ask for KYC, but who will provide documents to site which has no company info.
Now they do not want respond to me anymore.
It is just scam site.

I am still waiting for a REFUND from fox.exchange even though it's been 10 days without a reply from them and they're completely ignoring my emails, my complaint on BESTCHANGE and my post made yesterday here in Bitcointalk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5318850).

I still hope that the owner will understand that there's no need to ask me for KYC since i was sending my money from btc to eth(binance) where i am KYC verified.

Dude I still havent gotten back my money, its been over 2 month now.

Stay away from fox exchange, stop using Exodus wallet.

Exodus will steal your money outright.

Lazy support, KYC required, they just holds my coins more of 3 days.
They required selfie with ID and paper note. I sent. After their review, support don't see big text where I write today date. Lol. After second email they see date but I need take a selfie agin because they don't see ID. Lol x2.
Don't use this exchange they have a lot of problems, the biggest problem is their support and they not say how your data will be stored, used and processes. No specified country where they locate, CEO or something what can help if personal data will be leak.
