It is not just the team dumping, it is everyone. They announced that they are running out of funds so now everyone is getting scared. This coin will fall, one of the casualties of the bear market. It can't compete with NEO, EOS or Cardano anyway so it was inevitable

Great logic. After several years of hardworking make a scam.  I think that you should provide any proves, I don't believe you, it's very stupid to do this now. They had many chances to do it earlier but it's still working. Also I know that now they have problems with funds. |

After the latest announcement by NEM itself if they have already cut off a lot of workers due to the out of funds and i can take a conclusion if this is another crap. It's not dumped the developers but NEM lost a lot of trust from investors |

This is one of the fud scenarios, team announces difficulty and it's easily picked by fud spreaders before you know it, everyone is dumping his/her tokens. People mostly react to negative news than to positive news.

Don't agree, most likely this was a weak hands, selling on panic. XEM is on of the old one projects in crypto and they already survived on previously dumps. |

Well, who knows what can be going on behind the curtains of this cryptocurrency. I believe that with cryptocurrency marketplace, anything can be possible and yes a big dump can also be orchestrated with the very people behind the project. However, because this is just a mere accusation so there is nothing we can do and conclude than just making some doubts on our heads. Unless there can be a substantial investigation to be made, then we could not do anything but just watch, relax and wait for their next moves. I do not have any NEM coin but I understand that this platform is one of the few which have good reputation and may not be allowing their name to be smeared badly. We should also take note that all coins and tokens are getting RED these days and that things can be looking bad even more in the coming days. In the beginning quarter of 2019, things are not looking rosy for this industry.

the team selling their premined shitcoin bags is not when the scam happens. them selling is only the time when everyone opens their eyes and see the reality. the real scam happens when you willingly buy that premined centralized shitcoin on your own without anybody forcing you to and then you decide to bag hold it while ignoring all the risks and all the warnings that others give you about that shitcoin!
this is happening every day in the altcoin market with a lot of altcoins, specially the top 10 altcoins but nobody listens until they get dumped on and see the reality.

Why are you shouting "Scam"? I think this term is not applicable at all. He moved to the world of crypto about 2 years ago, when many HYIPers tried to enter the cryptoindustry. Scam in the HYIP is when the project stops paying investors. In the case of the NEM Foundation, the situation is different - the management is not efficient. Could you give us the source? I invested in NEM in early 2017 and I believed a lot in this project. I think that this exit scam is caused by bear market because they started to be unprofitable  . |

You need to show up some proof though. Are you sure that it's the XEM them doing the dumping and not just whales? And the last time I checked the price is CMC, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/nem/NEM (XEM) $0.040860 USD (2.68%)0.00001175 BTC (1.55%) They are still in the positive, or I'm missing something here? |

from 1400 to 1100 is about 20% drop. i haven't really bothered to check the updated price since i don't own any XEM but if that is all the drop that it had then it is not a real "dump" it is a small one. a big dump would bring the price down to 500-100 satoshi |

I cannot just imagine this, you created an account just yesterday, which is the first day in the month of February, to come and spread FUD. If a coin drops in price of 1400 sat to 1100 sat, is that an indication that it is scam. So all yiou want for yourself is for it dump to lower. XEM in my opinion is a good coin and there is nothing wrong with it. |
