when you people will definitely afraid of investing in this type of money making way because the unstable will made them more Fear with their investment but while after investment they have definitely some pop with their increment and development with their investment but in the starting stage for investors will definitely median guidance by the experienced people.

Those things are good for bounty hunters instead of investor, they do not really care about the KYC but instead, it is all about its use case and idea.
giving them a discount is good if they have an interesting project with an actual program, it will boost the demand. Basically, the investor does not really care whether it is handled by a trusted manager or not. Most of them are not here though.

The investor needs the team to give them assurance about their investment, and project progress. If the team can provide it with a solid and clear backup, I believe the investor will start to invest their money into this project.

Each investors has different characteristics. So there is no certain way to attract investors but for the team to be active and true to what they have written onthe whitepaper. ICO investors are tired of slow project development and lack of team competence.

I dont think that ICOs nowadays attract investors besides private investors. The latter are the key for a successful ICO in my opinion. They spend a lot of money, provide contacts beside the money and have the connections such projects need.

I think that by making a Beta before starting ICO can make investors interested. or it can be said to implement ico when the development is in its final stages. so investors don't have to wait long until the platform is released.
this is the most effective way in my opinion, promotions only create hype shortly after the token in the listing price will still be destroyed. because of this, investors are not interested in investing.
if the platform can already be used, maybe demand for tokens will increase.
