Announcement:
All the functions have been enabled back to normal on VCXCOIN.COM

Due to some following reason, VCXCOIN system was temporarily closed:
Upgrade the security: All the security passwords have been updated. Each security password has been lengthened from 6 characters to 10 characters. Detail about the changes has been sent to private email of each investor.
Upgrade the lending system: The process has been 30% completed.
Now all the functions have been back to normal. The investors now can pre-order or purchase VCX in the normal sessions.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
