If you develop a script sufficient enough that can properly post and submit google forms, then this amount of accounts is trivial. Such a script doesn't even require extensive scripting knowledge,
All of those accounts are full of social media bounty reports. Therefore each of the post requires manual post. I am not a huge knowledgeable what you have mentioned but those script can't collect what they have shared or liked on facebook and organize them into a presentable data. Well, it's my opinion only from my knowledge. Of course they can; please don't spread nonsense. You can (almost) automate everything given enough time and skill. Stuff like organizing data is really easy to do as long as you have a predefined set of string possibilities that you might get (i.e. not a crazy amount of edge-cases).

Assholes like them don't know how to use bots or scripts, they prefer to make the job manually rather than buying a script. If you look at users registration dates, you will notice that they were creating few accounts each day. A group of 3 or 4 person can do it.

While this is true, I believe there's some smartass between them who can do this automatically. There was a screenshot in the Indonesian community back in the mid 2018 about ONE guy who apparently managed more than 50 Bitcointalk & social media accounts. We can't do much to prevent that kind of shit, but I think we'll get more huge find like this in the future.

If you could provide a list of bounties he has participated in, that would be more useful.
I'm not going to check through every single one of those addresses on the odd chance he's been in one of my bounties, come on now.
However, if someone wants to do it, and they find him in one of my bounties, you'll receive his stakes instead, just PM me.

Quick question— is it possible that someone is buying up all the ERC 20 coins from the people on your list?

Same question If you look at the time of the transactions no, How he can buys tokens for 100+ people within few minutes? Is more probable he logs in and logs out alts account and send tokens.

A week passed and I didn't see any action from the Bounty Managers. They continue to calculate stakes to these scammers. That's sad... I'm upset.

Someone passed this thread on a channel on TG and I'm gonna spread it round too. However, Rome wasn't built in a day, so don't expect immediate fireworks. That said, impressive work - seeing a few accounts I've long suspected but just couldn't pin it down. Will forward to a few BM I know whose bounty seem to have been infested too

first thing first , this should not be here, move it to reputation.
the strange part is, do you think someone who can make 200 btt accounts can't make as many addresses? i understand they might want to avoid fees but still making a single address does not make sense, let alone the human being who is capable of doing this shit.
if this is even real then it's probably a whole spam group and not just a single person.
I totally agree with because if an individual can created over 200 account then creating multiple address will not be a big deal for him it either its a not ment for bounty fraud or a spam group as others have said. Well let all bounty managers take note of that.

Most of Bounty Manager was really busy for only doing his duty to updating stake if you contact via bitcointalk that's was really hard to contact them. Try to contact via Telegram I think you can get a fast response from telegram. To be honest, I already see abuser bounty like this, most of the bounty got spambot because the BM did not set up the form register by using Gmail, that's why the bounty got abuse. The bot will spam the bounty with interval 30-40 second.

Maybe I am reading the tx history incorrectly, or maybe looking at the wrong eth address, however neither address in the OP ( 0xfb17eb2cf70ca13a7e4bed5a8479c8725ce08353 and 0xe9602ee7f7a74c03bb751bf54242ce75fc4a3831 have anything close to a hundred transactions within a few minutes. I don't even see anything close to a hundred transactions within an hour. I do see several "bursts" of transactions of one transaction every 5-10 minutes over 4-5 transactions, but this would be well within the range of reasonableness for someone buying up ERC20 tokens (perhaps at a discount).

This is the link to transactions history we are talking about: https://etherscan.io/address/0xe9602ee7f7a74c03bb751bf54242ce75fc4a3831#tokentxnsThe assumption that he is buying those tokens is to be neglected because all addresses are sending tokens, received from bounties, at the exact same time and they are the same addresses sending those different tokens.

I didn't exactly fall off my chair when I read the OP just read some of the giveaway 'airdrop' pages or some of the bounty pages and look for "great project sir" posts. These multi accounts have the same activity rating, about the same registration dates, usually 0 Merit, etc. Real question is: are they spamming or do they respect the bounty rules?
