Limit in feedback leaving text?

I was going to leave a neutral feedback for the recent case of Cloudbet scam accusations. This was my text for the user on the feedback page.

Open scam accusation. The user needs to address this or after certain time this will become a negative tag.

Tag will also change depend on the outcome of the case.

Anyone should be avoiding endorsing/affiliating them until the case resolved.

But when I wanted to post it gave me this error.

Then I had to reduce the contents.

I am not following the updates of meta from last few days. When did it happen and how long is the character limit now?

OK, new limits:
 - You can't give more than 5 ratings to a single user.
 - Your total sent ratings is limited to three times your activity, but at least 1.
 - The comment length is limited to 600 characters, but each newline counts as 120 characters.

The comment length is limited to 600 characters, but if your feedback is longer then you can consolidate into posts; Make your feedback (full length) in a post or by starting a new topic about the case and drag a link in the feedback comment field.

For feedback longer than the 600 characters, I prefer that you consolidate it into posts somewhere. Even if the comments are good, long comments kind of monopolize the page.

Can the three times activity be increased maybe with the rank?

If anyone runs into it and thinks that they should be allowed to continue, PM me and I'll think about the issue more. I could whitelist certain individuals, or I could make it expand significantly at higher ranks.

Exactly, for more information, and details about why the feedback was left will ideally be located in the reference. We don't want wall of text's on users profiles, because it draws attention from other smaller feedback left. If someone really cares about researching someones trust then they will go, and look at the reference included.
