Understandable if we take the casino's viewpoint, but I hope there would be a little more fairness, and give the smaller players a chance to clear the bonus slowly. I hope that the BlackJack.Fun admins consider the suggestion of clearing them per $0.10 at x20 or less wager requirement.

Plus you were also right in your suggestion that there's truly no point for the casino to require the players to clear the bonus from free spins because they were already earned by the players through their wagers. I believe the bonuses that would require clearing would be the free coins given by RoboRain.

I really thought that they are only adding wagering requirements on money that is earned on free spin from chat or other event and not on tournament reward since it’s already double wager requirements for the player but I’m surprised when I saw that winner of daily tournament is asking how to claim is reward Bitcoin. Having a 40x wagering requirements for 100mbtc or more for a whale frustrating too since there’s a chance that they will lose more than the reward balance that they can play.

In the end, the player should keep wagering and participating on tournament in able to keep chasing the pending reward on your bonus.

You're RIGHT, we did already earn whatever bonus that we are awarded from the free spins. I believe it's probably the best for everyone to remove the free spin rewards from the chat box, and only continue with RoboRain rewards. I believe the casino will never change their policies about the x20 - x40 wagering requirement regarding the bonus unless they notice a reduction of daily/weekly regular users playing in the casino. If you want to continue playing in BlackJack.Fun while ignoring the bonus as if it has never existed, that's your decision. But saying that that it should be OK for other users, that's not right.

Ignoring the bonus is very hard to do right since its the only benefits that you can get on playing in the casino. I doubt someone will be patiently playing without any percentage return while other casino offer tons of goodies for playing.

There are still unfinished updates that they have to fix on the site. The last update I think isn't polished yet since there are still other features that are inaccessible. It's just hard to be updated all the time if you aren't often opening the chatbox because the admin usually posts the announcements there.

They will definitely ask you to comply with the KYC upon withdrawal and as long as you didn't violate anything or have complied with the requirements, you will still be able to get your withdrawal funds. I don't think KYC is a reason enough for you to close your account especially if you have won a good amount.

You know sometimes, achievements like that can hit us really hard that we begin to count losses instead of our gains.
Probably the guys saw the amount of bitcoin he has wagered away and right now, he doesn't have even have up to 10 bitcoins in his account/wallet, so he realized that he's lost far more than he gained.

This kind of thing have happened to me before, when at the end of the year, I requested for a statement of account from one of the banks I used, from the document, I realized that over 15 million Nigerian naira has passed through that account in one year, and I don't even have up to 500 thousand Nigerian naira on that same account or any of my accounts, so I began to seriously ask myself what I did with all that money, it broke me down for several weeks.

So maybe the guy is going through same experience right now which is why he asked that his account be closed.
This is just me speculating based on my own past experience, I might be wrong though..
