I was going to suggest using ATMs but since there aren't many there, I recommend going with Localbitcoins, I'm pretty sure you'll find plenty of people.

Op should follow this as there are a plenty of people on localbitcoin where people trade locally, Op has a chance to be able to make a successful trade.
