I think it will be much better if you post any of your skills more precise. Portfolio and previous jobs are desirable.
Also if you struggle with the search you will find huge competition in manager service offer and handling soc. media. where big competition is, the earnings are very small, so I guess you looking for a temporary job and extra income. Don't waste your time for the temporary jobs, better improve your skills for something more cost-effective.

To get possible niches try to be more informative and constructive try to create your portfolio or presentation about the service you're about to give and your specialty. You can try giving your linkedIn or if you don't have try to create your presentation probably an infographic presentation will do to show your professionalism.

This is just a suggestion and there's no assurance that you will get a possible client for doing this.

Did you have any experience become bounty manager before? I guess the job that you mean is being bounty manager. To be bounty manager is very selective, you can't rely on your ability but the trust side must be calculated. Moreover, you just have newbie account it's very difficult to get  trust by many people, and you should know newbie account greatly avoided by many bounty hunters.
