I think they are close to the same, but customization will be changed and perhaps the name of the cities will change to the exchange or something like that)

what happens if i want borrow some money from the bank in game, I mean will there be credit system?

Yes, but not for all players

I think it will be possible to make a small loan, but it is unlikely that it can be withdrawn to the wallet

I know a few blockchain games and they're all pretty popular, but no one has ever done a monopoly or anything like that. I would be interested to play such a game.
