Problem order nicehash

Hello I made a standard order on NiceHash to buy mining power that lasted about 48hours the 0.005 btc were spent I had to earn 0.042btc but the order ended and I don’t see the reward, I use multipool to run NiceHash weird on this one there was 0.003btc can you help me get back my reward Please

Multipool's minimum payout for Bitcoin is only 0.001BTC and yours should be eligible. However...

Was that "0.003btc" displayed after "Value" or "Balance"?
If it was "Value", that's just the estimate BTC value of all of your mined coins based from the current price of those coins and Bitcoin.
It isn't the Withdrawal balance.

AFAIK, Multipool has auto-switching on as default (could be wrong) and it will automatically switch to the compatible coin with the highest profitability; that would mean that you have a balance for various altcoins in Multipool.

And let me know if what pool you use when mining?
It's not nicehash problem if you put a wrong pool and if you choose multipool you should mine coins from the pool where the coins is auto convert.

And also, no one will give you 0.042 for just 0.005 btc investment on buying hashrate in nicehash sometimes there it won't give you profit sometimes it will make your 5% to 10% profit but no one will give you 0.042 for 0.005 btc.

I found out how to enter a pool, they are in my pools but does not appear when I have to select a pool in the hash purchase system is this normally there a timeout?

This seems unrelated to your old post (the OP),
please provide some screenshots and post it as a new thread in this board.

BTW, I haven't used Nicehash this past few years but others might be able to help you gif you can provide sufficient info.
