It depends on the way you look at it. A multilevel marketing affiliate structure isn't a ponzi scheme just because affiliates are stacked in a matrix. When it is all driven by sales of a product then it is not. The commissions from sales of the product is usually what fuels the matrix.

Nothing personal... I was just advising you based on the experiences where I have seen several members get distrusted for practicing ponzi shilling.
