Looking for angel investors for my project

I want to build a creative and entertainment app where creative people can get funding for there musical and entertainment projects , for both investors and creators , it will work in level like manner.

New creator can get suppose maximum 1000USD untill he levels up by completing his projects and getting success and good ratings .

New investor can invest max 1000 USD until he able to invest in succesfull projects and level up.

Only successful creators and investors will be able to increase there limits.

Within few years if it become successful , it can turn into a big project where it would be possible to finance and produce Hollywood level projects.
