First off, what ethereum wallet are you referring to? Give us more information.

Not sure if I understand what you're saying accurately, so every time you try to move out your coins/tokens they go to the hacker's address instead?

Get on a separate device, as soon as possible. The device you're using might just be infected. Also, there's this sort of malware that hijacks your clipboard. While copypasting the address of your new wallet, your device might be pasting the address of the hacker.

keep us updated.

What is the contract address you are referring to? Let's take a look.

Or maybe it was just your thought and you are actually sending on another address that you think the copied address of yours.

As suggested, make some transfer instead on other device/machine.

Thanks for the reply its imtoken but I access it with myetherwallet most times. Now I tried sending the "gup token" to my new wallet. I copied my new address, pasted it and sent 5 gup but it went to the contract address. Same thing goes to the other token I tried to transfer.
But as you've suggested I'll try and use another device and give feedbacks.
Thanks!

Your explanations are still kinda hard to understand, but from what I can grab, it's apparent your device has been infiltrated with a Malware that's exposing you and making available the false address instead of the one you claim you wish to transfer to
Or you yourself is copying a totally wrong address
Take a deep breath, change ur device and crosscheck the address carefully for any mistakes

Create a new wallet on MyEtherWallet on a new device, and send your funds to the new wallet on the new device too. You might want to do a malware scan on your possibly infected device, or better, reinstall your operating system.

Also, depending on how much coins/tokens you have, it might be a good idea for you to grab a hardware wallet. Don't take security for granted.

May I know the exact contract address?

Want to see the transaction history of that address since other tokens goes there as you mentioned.

What is your new address that you believed you pasted as receiver?

It looks like your PC is infected with malware or virus that can send token to another wallet address while you are sending token to your new wallet.

If you have backup private key try to use other device or clean PC and send your token again to a newly created wallet.

This time if you sent your token without any problem your PC or device you use before is infected.
Better to install a new Clean OS and install an antivirus to protect your PC from any malware and viruses.

In the market more wallets are available for coins so in that ledger nano s is the best wallet. trezor, exodus, jaxx, mist, my ether wallet, coinbase and keepey those all are good and secure wallets. if you have to choose from that and use. most of the people trying to hardware wallets because hardware wallets has more security and we have to carry any where.few wallets are available all coins kept in one wallet only. so try to take one of the best wallet. from that. in my point of view trezor and ledger nano is the best wallet. few wallets are software wallets and few wallets are hardware wallets.

It's quite painful to realise that you've lost your tokens to hackers. It's worse off when you keep sending the tokens out to the same hacker. Your device most likely has been compromised, so it's best to use a different device to move out your tokens. The hacker may not have access to your private keys, so you can relax, take a deep breath and start moving them, to avoid errors.

If the wallet used is myetherwallet, there is no issues to arise unless the wallet private key is being missed. From his words he hasn't missed the wallets private key. I believe the malware affected on his system is the reason for the loss as most of the users suggested.
