At present there are still many new ICOs emerging, but are they still reliable? What I see now is that there are many ICO coins that are not registered in the market even though the ICO has been successful in sales. Yes, I see very bad market conditions for ICO coin registration on the market, but is that the only reason?

The current market situation has made ICO investment a very bad taste. Most of the projects pegged their ETH price far above the current value of $100+, that is the reason they all have very low price during listing.

I think even they success to sell their token, sometime they didn't sell their ethereum or bitcoin directly, so I guess their total collected money not as success as their sales with current market condition. Maybe it is one of the reason of delayed listing into market because they need to rethink of financial or maybe waiting ethereum or bitcoin price suitable with their plan.

I think positively that ICO still has the opportunity to develop, selling tokens is a strategy to introduce new tokens to be more widespread. Many things and strategies are carried out to be able to promote the new ICO, this must be more innovative and more responsive so that there can be many investors, and can enter the market and be ready to compete.

many projects delayed listing their token in market due to they want to release their MVP first.much investors didnt patient when dev team not release their MVP yet.so they in hurry dumping tokens.and dev team want to avoid this accident.

They are facing not the best times at the moment, but I have no doubts that things will change in the nearest future, when the market conditions will turn bullish and we would see another bullish trend coming.

Yes if it's a good project, why not. There are some good projects always which can give a good profit. But it's not easy to trust the ICO anymore.

ICO's aren't as popular this year as they were in 2017 or 2018 because of too many illegitimate offerings and outright scams and ponzi schemes but those are slowly being weeded out and investors are far more cautious of where they put their money now so mostly only good quality projects are achieving success so focus on those and you'll find there's still some opportunities here

Yes there are still opportunities for ICOs, the bearish market situation has kept the ico market down, also at a time, there were so many scam ICOs which have made many investors to withdraw in investing, but that being said, there are some good ICOs still in the crypto space, you really need to do some research to find them.

Currently people are more carefull with ICO's . As to get attention as project you will need to have Demo , prototype or some kind of beta app . In 2017 projects had only whitepaper (some of them even didn't had that and managed to collect 10M USD ) and people where throwing money in . Currently ICO's are not popular as they don't collect much funds . But there is new type of Offering its Initial Exchange offering , its like project mint tokens and send them to sell on exchange with fixed price on sell order . Thats what BTT did on Binance They sold out in 15 min i read it somewhere

I surely think that there are still opportunities for ico's and other bounty projects. It's just this bearish market makes an obstacle for those ico who cant meet aleast their target soft cap. Everyone hopes for this bearish market to end and make comeback of the market.

There are still some ICO projects that have good quality, so don't worry because not all projects are of poor quality. What determines is how we can choose the right ICO project in investing. There are tens to hundreds of ICO projects at the moment and maybe only about 10 projects have good future potential.

Of course there are still investment opportunities on ICOs, there are still lots of ideas that can be done with the help of cryptocurrency, but the thing is there are lots of ICOs that are failing to achieve what they want to implement with a lot of reasons, such as they didn't get enough funds from investors so they cannot afford to do what is listed on their roadmap or the company is just a shitty scam that really doesn't have a plans to register it on any exchange even they've reached the soft cap. It is just hard to find a start up crypto company that is really dedicated and really want to make a change but I'm sure that there will still be new ideas on how to improve something with blockchain technology.

but from what I see there are so many more crasjh projects when entering the exchange, maybe some ico are scared of that.

Yes still have an opportunity for ICO in another name of STO (Security Token Offering).

STO is legally raising the funds for business. For each step. we have to move according to Regulation D, Regulation A+, Regulation S. Little bit hard to create but secure.

But in ICO, you can raise the fund without SEC authority. Do not follow any regulation. As well as the market also down because the cryptocurrency price has been low.

But that's not the point, remember the exchange site should be the main key how to get the more demand from the market. How about if the MVP becomes useless? That garbage ico should not delay to be listed on the exchange site
