I am a bit skeptic if he is a scammer or not. Be aware that i also bought that phone number for telegram, i will look into my conversation to post it. The seller can take the number for his own use at any moment, telegram used to be more safe in the past.

the words he used same typical like developerx11 used. the account made just 8 days after im open this case. seems for farming acc and sell development services again.same telegram acc but name and username changed.

if developerx11 said buy telegram then the telegram seller should have access to telegram which is this acc is new made on 19 february 2019 after i open this case 11 february 2019. LOL

I went through some PM's and verified with someone and I think @Developer did lost his telegram access. So I have removed my feedback.

At this point you both are not trying to bend to solve the issue. Deal being public or private isn't a problem. It would be same problem even if forum accounts get hacked in middle. How would you verify he is the same? I suggest at this point you stake your address (if not staked) and carry over your deals with messages signed from your BTC address. That is what I think is safe way to conduct now.

I am done with this issue and its all upto both of you now.

That sort of doesn't stand as strong proof whether the accounts are connected. Anyway, I'll take a closer look at the connections and see if they're actually connected. If they're I'll tag it appropriately.

Well, Developerx11 stopped responding to me in Discord I told him he doesn't have to pay me for the compiling job since I failed but I did successfully install that script. It's a bit suspicious that he has stopped responding to me all together. He says the client stopped responding when I finished.WIll post chat logs later.

My advice would be to create yourself a new thread if you are intending on making a new accusation against Developerx11, as this thread was originally about a dispute between polypusx and Developerx11 (or possibly polypusx being deceived by an imposter... I'm honestly still not sure which version is correct )
