tested 1324 USD withdrawal from bittrex

bpi account received 1307.5 USD

sa mga allergic sa fees na mga tao dyan, as long as mas mataas ang selling price at mas mababa ang buying price sa bittrex ay mas marami ka pa rin na makukuha USD cash(sell) or BTC (buy)

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Ayos to sir ah. And magkano ang fees from bittrex to your bank account?

example:

(values based on the day and time posted)
(52 PHP = 1USD)

cash out

bittrex (3565 USD) = 185,380

coins.ph         = 180,801

cash in

bittrex (3571 USD) = 185,692

coins.ph         = 190,178

tested 1324 USD withdrawal from bittrex

bpi account received 1307.5 USD

sa mga allergic sa fees na mga tao dyan, as long as mas mataas ang selling price at mas mababa ang buying price sa bittrex ay mas marami ka pa rin na makukuha USD cash(sell) or BTC (buy)

as of now allowed, crypto currency trading ang source of funds ko sa BPI ngayon.

remember this is a personal experience, i do not speak for the bank.

realtime ang wire transfer within the day nandito na yan.

yup, sa malalaking halaga lang recommended ang USD wire from exchanges to our USD bank account vice versa. the minimum amount 1000$ send or receive is reasonable and competitive enough.

What bank? I'm talking about BPI ah, so kapag unenrolled yung account there will be a service fee.

Btw, aside from bittrex nakapag try knb sa ibang exchange sites?

More money to come haha!

Thank you for sharing this information, it's very helpful.

I just made a research now, and I saw that the minimum deposit and maintaining balance is $500, I think that's alright in crypto
we can earn more than that and this will help us to get better rates compared to coins.ph account.

I have my account verified already at bittrex, I guess I will not be using my coins.ph anymore with this information.

I guess not, you should open a USD account because you are going to transfer USD from your Bittrex account to your bank account.

Edit : To OP, I will try to open an account this Monday and will customize my bittrex account for USD withdrawal.
Just in case I'll face a problem, I hope you can guide me, also, I will update this thread regarding my status.

Bro, I am currently applying to open an account for USD trading (deposits and withdrawals) at Bittrex.

Please guide me, I just have some questions that I list below.

Bank 1: Routing Number/SWIFT: Please enter your bank ABA (within the US) routing number or SWIFT (outside the US) code. Enter letters and numbers only, do not enter dashes or spaces

I have research and see in the net that the SWIFT for BPI is BOPIPHMM, is it correct?
Is it the standard one? I read the MM is for metro manila but I am from Mindanao, what SWIFT i will use?

Bank 1 Incoming Routing Number for Deposits into Bittrex: If your bank uses a Correspondent/Intermediary Bank Routing Number to Send Wires to Bittrex Enter It Here (Enter "NO" if your bank does not use correspondent bank to send wires:

is it NO? or what?

Intermediary Bank 1 withdrawals: Does your bank require intermediary bank instructions for Bittrex to properly send your withdrawal?

yes or no?

@Ipwich

BOPIPHMM is correct, but I recommend that you verify that in your BPI branch there https://www.bpiexpressonline.com/p/1/875/ways-to-send.

I haven't tested deposit USD to bittrex yet, but for withdrawal I used "NO" for intermediary bank requirement.

I think it is also stated there that whether you placed the routing code of the intermediary bank or not, your money will still get there, it just might have a higher chance to get there faster.

anyway when sending money to US, the BPI employee assisting you will know if there will be a problem sending USD to bittrex's bank account. I know this because I have sent money to a person in US, just a different bank (Bank of America).

I tried this before last year 2018, Using PS Bank Peso account

Bittrex(USD) to PSBank(PHP) via international wire transfer at auto convert na to PHP once nag reflect sa passbook account.

It's not a bank statement, it's just a passbook.
I am now requesting a bank statement from the bank so I can re apply again.
They need to see my name and address in the statement and my passbook does not show all the information.

Hopefully in the 2nd try it will be successful.

I'm getting ready in case BTC will pump this year.  Grin Grin

Just an update, I just submitted my bank statement and other requirement as a proof of residency, let's see if we will have the success this time.
Will update the status once I receive an email, most probably in less than 24 hours they will reply.

Ayos to sir ah. And magkano ang fees from bittrex to your bank account?

Cheesy

You don't need to do this if you are not earning enough money.
5% less versus the current exchange rate is nothing if you are just making like 10K pesos per month.

But, if you are making at least a million per year or even half of it, 5% is already a material amount.

Let's compute, with coins.ph exchange rate (it's less 5% of the standard rate), so in a year if you cash out for 1 million pesos, 5% is already PHP 50,000 and that is material to me considering I can still enjoy that Php 50,000 in some other fun activity, or even using it to help your relatives or family.

It's already 4 days now and I still did not receive a reply, maybe they also have some weekend or off woks days?
I will wait until the end of this week, if still not update, I might resubmit again and maybe try Kraken since they also allow USD transaction.

What other sites do you know that accepts USD transactions?

Saturday and Sunday, maybe they don't process request in those days (Business days are typically Monday to Friday). Be patient, I think your application will be approved, it wasn't complicated for me.

kraken and bittrex only..

To ensure your bank details are added to the system correctly please also include the international USD wire instructions from your bank for your account.

Can you help me on this...?

I think they want the SWIFT code to be given by the bank (verified by picture) not just something you typed, a picture of the bank certification should include the SWIFT code.

Quote
The attached document from your bank must show your account number, bank name, bank address, and most importantly your bank account name. If possible, please show bank routing number as well, as this will help ensure the right routing (ABA or SWIFT) number is recorded. We do not need to see any balance, transaction, or other personal information. Please feel free to redact that information from any statements you send us. The intent is to confirm you have control of the account and we have your account number and routing number logged correctly.

(maybe try this first) you can give this link to them to verify the SWIFT code https://www.bpiexpressonline.com/p/1/875/ways-to-send

if they still want a picture of the certification with the SWIFT code, i guess you have to get one from your bank.

Most banks provides a leaflet for USD wire transfer instructions and Faqs,

You should get one from directly from the bank teller or officer since this is not usually given to normal clients/depositor.

Finally I got approved, thanks for all your help guys, especially the OP.

Part of the message I received through email today.
Quote
Congratulations, your request to enable your Bittrex account(s) for USD trading, USD deposits, and USD withdrawals for my name  has been approved!

I made my first deposit transaction today with a small amount (less than $100) , and I notice there is no fee, if this is normal then it's good for us.

If anyone wants to apply, I would also be willing to help to entertain your questions.

@arielbit good morning to you.

Based on your experience, can you tell what is the normal processing period before your withdrawal reflects into your BPI account?
I still don't receive mine and it's been 24 hours already.

@arielbit ilan days or hours aabutin para pumasok sa account mo yung usd withdrawal from bittrex? Pwede din ba sya kahit weekend or holiday? I mean papasok pa din ba or during business days lang dito satin?

realtime ang wire transfer within the day nandito na yan.

sabi ni bittrex, withdrawal made before 9 AM PST ay merereceive sa same day or 1 AM dito sa Pilipinas, sabihin natin na nag withdraw ka ng gabi dito bago ka matulog, pag gising mo ng umaga hanggang tanghali, most likely pumasok na yung pera mo.

I only tried it once and it was quick.

This is the reply I received today when I chat to their support.

Thank you for your patience. Please be aware that international wire transfers may take up to 5 business days to settle due to global inter-bank transfer limitations. If this time frame has passed and you still have not received your USD wire transfer in your bank account, your withdrawal may be delayed.

Withdrawal delays can occur due to intermediary bank processes or invalid wire deposit information. If your withdrawal is delayed, please reach out to your bank and request your wire deposit instructions.

To investigate your withdrawal further, we will require a copy of the International USD Wire Deposit Instructions from your Bank, so we can verify the information on your account is correct.

Update today March 15, all solve, I deposited successfully but I just have questions about the fee because I can seem to find a fee bracket.

I tried with a small amount first  - 25 usd and I only received 18.50 usd, I don't know if I will transact a bigger amount it might take a bigger fee.

Wire transfer fee is fix amount depending on the bank, You should ask your bank how much they charge in sending a wire transfer transaction. Since Bittrex has ZERO fees in both deposit and withdrawal via wire transfer

Quote
Fiat Deposit and Withdrawals- Bittrex does not charge fees for USD deposits and withdrawals. You will want to check with your bank as they may charge a fee to send your wire transfer as well as receive a wire transfer at your bank. Also, for international customers if your bank uses an intermediary bank you will want to check with them to see if they charge a fee.

There is no fee according to Bittrex and also according to the bank.
I don't get a clear answer actually but according to the bank manager that I talk to in the branch where I open my account, he said the fee is from the intermediary bank, so there could be a 3 party involve in the transaction, and that is alright for me, my only concern is I want to know the exact fee bracket.

example:

(values based on the day and time posted)
(52 PHP = 1USD)

cash out

bittrex (3565 USD) = 185,380

coins.ph         = 180,801

cash in

bittrex (3571 USD) = 185,692

coins.ph         = 190,178

tested 1324 USD withdrawal from bittrex

bpi account received 1307.5 USD

I made another transfer again today, sent $156.21 and receive $139.71 in my BPI usd account, this means there is a charge of $16.5 for this transaction.
If I made this transaction with coins.ph, I could get a better rate as they are just 5% lower than the standard, here it's less 10% of my original amount.

Conclusion, wire transfer is not good for small transactions as the fee is your burden.
I don't know if this info is helpful in determining the fees, please help me analyze it and give your thoughts.

https://www.bpiexpressonline.com/p/1/694/international-wire-transfer

Next time I will transfer similar to the amount OP did in his example, let't see if the fee is reasonable.

link: https://www.unionbankph.com/personal/debitcards/usdollar

Thanks for sharing bro, I opened an account at BPI which is a passbook account, so I really need to go their physically just to cash out.

The information you shared is really good and I will try to inquire for this with my friend working at Unionback, hopefully this is better for smaller transactions.

.001 btc? That's worth 205 php. And 1324 USD ang pera mo tapos ang natanggap mo is 1307.5. Let's break it down. Let's say 52 php is 1 usd.

Your transaction:
1,324 usd = 69,741.70 php
1307.5 usd = 68,872.56 php

69,741.70 - 68,872.56 = 869.14 is the fee(trex to BPI).

If trex -> coins -> BPI:

69,741.70 - 205 = 69,536.7 php

69,536.7 php sana ang matatanggap mo if ganto yung ginawa mong transaction.

69,536.7 - 68,872.56 = 664.14 php yung nawala mo sa ginawa mong transaction. Wala kasing fee ang pagpasa ng funds from coins to BPI.

Ang sinasabi kong wallet is coins.ph. Pero kung malaki ang difference ng exchange rate ng coins.ph sa trex, it's better for us to follow your transaction. At saka tama ka, isa din pala yun way para makabili ng BTC sa ibang bansa, what if magkashortage sa coins. Nice information though, sorry for not considering the exchange rate.

Nowadays many banks will adopted a cryptocurrency like bitcoin..ripple and Ethereum..but be careful to link your bank account. So risky then:)even remettances will accept bitcoin and others crypto asset..

How is it being risky? Coins.ph have linked their bank to their depository banks and nothing happens, they still operate until now.
Maybe you should understand the low about crypto, if you don't do anything against the law, then you should not worry.

Example ay ang bitbit.cash from the same operator of rebit.ph and from the PH Blockchain company Satoshi Citadel Industries

plus abra pa..

idadgdag ko pa ito sa advantage -> "also by having more flexibility by owning USD, buying-selling BTC with USD outside of the country"

Much better talaga if we find alternatives.

Pero if the same yung operator but different name feel ko trusted naman yan.

Makakatulong talaga itong post mo. Salamat

You should try this, I successfully made it with OP's tutorial.
Now, I can directly sell my BTC in Bittrex with a competitive rates and then deposit the proceeds in my BPI dollar account .

There is a fee, but it's nothing if you do big transactions.

Another alternative again, but when they say free, would that mean there is no charges.
I know Bittrex claimed they don't charge fee and it's free but with my transactions initiated in the past, there's still fee.

Have you tried cashing out using this exchange?

I haven't tried "cash in" and "cash out" from kraken, will try cashing out in the future, at the moment I don't need to convert crypto to fiat yet.

the fees turns out to be "bank fees".
