Can something like that actually be profitable? Even assuming that we save the investment in smartphones using some old devices (which would undoubtedly reduce their efficiency) the processing capacity is still very small. In such a case it would apparently be better and more practical to use PCs to mine that altcoin, or am I wrong?

This coin doesn't have a lot of demand and theoretically, the difficulty to mine this coin will be very easy for you but the problem when you will try to liquidate your coin to the market because there was no a lot of buyers wanna buy your coin. I still prefer electroneum rather than this one.

i mined for a day in my ipad 2017 version
i got around 130-140 kh/s hashrate
generated around 7.61 coins in a day which roughly translates to $0.13
not at all worth it
ipad's charge was drained completely in 4 hours
had to keep it plugged all day
