I cant deny that their design is somehow catchy but one thing that do removes my excitement is that this is just an another smart-contract based games and indeed

the house edge is very high for a newly built gambling site.They should consider on how to be competitive even if they are just starting.Btw, that chess game which is

I can't discuss around your games and their ethereum smart contracts because I don't know these things well bit if you don't mind, I'll rate UI. To be fair it's very different from other casinos, personally I haven't seen casino in pink colours and you are very different from others in it. Overally template looks good but for me it's somehow boring, that explenation under header of 4 games doesn't look good, better to offer games without any plugins because it's very boring for some people to install different plugins and some may give up to play on your website. Mobile template needs change and improvement.

2.5 weeks ago I was playing at this casino and won two sets of freespins. I tried to redeem them Individually and both applied the spins to the game but then the game errors out and says not available.

When it first occurred I tried to email support and contact them via telegram. The telegram usernames given  for their support team both returned “there is no user with that ID”. Or something to that effect.

I could not get in touch with anyone via email and the telegrams accounts were invalid. Frustrated with the situation I gave it a rest and assumed I would hear back via email.

I forget about it for over two weeks and then one day it hit me that I never did hear back and so I went back to their site and they had LiveChat now. This was perfect I thought. Now I had a live person whom would certainly resolve my issue.

The support agent was able to see that the spins were stuck on my account and they originally seemed to be helpful. They contacted the developer whom supposedly knew what the problem was right away. They told me the issue was fixed and I should try the spins again. I did. This and still same error.  Finally they said they could not resolve it on their own and that they would need to email the “aggregator” whom would respond to them via email later on that day and then they would contact me via telegram.

Another week goes by with no contact so I return to the site several times since then and I’m greeted by live support “hi how can I help you?” And as soon as I inform them of who I am and the reason I’m there they put up a busy message that says someone will get back to you yet nobody ever does and they just leVe me hanging indefinitely. They completely refuse to say anything to me and there is no accountability.

I’ve now been waiting for three weeks to redeem these freespins and it’s been a very frustrating process and a terrible  experience.

Decompiled smart-contract of play2win 0xA8aE5af0a8083BE09de7eE2A635C51dc57cA612F and was totally frustrated. This contract related to dice-like games.

Payouts is "protected" by this code:
          if (totalWon + currentWin - gas) / totalLoose >= 60% then fail()

I explain. If contract loose too much, it automatically switching to mode when it never paying to no one. Never. To no one. Until it feed enought. This is despite of contract balance, contract has hist own criteria what is enought. Currently balance is 10 eth, but contract is in "disallow payouts" mode. Front-end even show you beautiful banner "you won", but there were nopayout transation. Currently contract is in never-paying mode and pretty far away from feeding enought because 60% is run-time configurable value. So. You can't win this games in play2win. Lol. And this is top1 dappradar in category gambling. Lol twice. Blockchain gambling is fair and transparent they said.

p.s. other contract is fake too, decisions about winnings are made by server, smart contract is just a wallet and not protecting from any manipulations.

Last several month the project owners just imitating traffic. Not doing bets actually, just using transfer transaction instead of bet transaction and then withdraw recently transferred back to owners. IDK why they are doing like this, probably they have hope to sell their project to some stupid investors. I hope any potential investor will read this post and make wise decision.
