Dollar cost averaging Bitcoin - suggestions on where to do except Coinbase

Hi,

I tried to set up a recurring dollar cost averaging transaction for Bitcoin on Coinbase, but they do not accept SEPA accounts or Creditcards with 3D Secure outside of the US for this service. Would anybody know which platform to do dollar cost averaging on which accepts DCA if you live outside of the US?
