As I heard yes it can be, personally I never saw a situation. It's not so often as it is with paypal, it's way harder to reverse, but I repeat until now, no one reversed skrill sent to me so I don't know how it is in those situations |

CC can be reversed..
I can assure that is not from CC's. Most of the funds are from websites such as pokerstars and so on. I never had a reversed transaction from my side or the other side |
