I am selling BTC for barter transfer, I won't charge any premium for this.
Forum escrow can be used for this and we pay 50/50 of the fee or we can do it somewhere else through an escrow.
Don't waste your time and mine because I will never send first

That wont work, you need to have a barter account yourself to make the transfer to my account. Its very easy to make and fund if your in the US
