I think that CEO has sniffed money in crypto and created his own, so completly missed the point of crypto and didnt understood at all .

i don't really see how that is a good thing. if it was any other bank then i could have understood the goodness in it but for JPMorgan i can not. in case you have forgotten they have a history of attacking anything that they can not control and threatens their existence. that is why they are so afraid of bitcoin. so their coin is only going to mean their increased attacks against anything decentralized.

They are just taking advantage of blockchain technology and put a good spin by calling it crypto or something but at the end of the day, JPM is just another tool for them to used privately (to cut their cost moving funds around).

Which is common for those big businesses, they seen potentials and advantage now they are maximizing the the system to favor their business, we can't see real support from this individuals just pure business mindsets, though there's some lift since they are using the system and they will bring interest not only with their own project but also to the entire community of crypto.

We have to weigh things out, take every opportunities and avoid not to fall from this.

Chances are, it won't even make to grade to qualify as a shitcoin.  You can hold your own private keys for most shitcoins.  You can choose to mine them/stake them/whatever the issuance model is if you like.  You can usually view the source code.  But you probably won't be able to do any of those things with whatever it is J P Morgan are making.  It's unlikely to meet any definition of crypto "coin" you might recognise.
