So do they have with liquidity or this is just a technical issues? What they ara saying and how explain this? It was looks like a fast growing exchange... but as I see they have problems already?
I think this is just a technical issue, as we know many users sent ticket to the team but no specific information about this issue. So far, I also have stuck withdrawal with pending status, and their response to my ticket just say to wait and will fixed this issue ASAP. Because i'm not part of the team, so I can't talk much about this problem. Hope they will fix their issue asap. Because if it will be extended and extended, the trust of their users will be affected. They are still new in this business, so they need to be proactive and resolve even small issues. In that way, they will gain more supporters. |

I think this is just a technical issue, as we know many users sent ticket to the team but no specific information about this issue. If they will ont fix this ASAP and this will destroy all of the credibility that already built by the team. It's so easy to destroy all just in a few days or hours. Some people may have urgent needs and that's why they are all doing it right now to wothdraw their money. I guess it's better to the team at least give more explanation about ETA. No ETA and that just like a scam exchange site for sure. |

They do not care about the credibility  look at on the tele group, it's has 1 week WD problem has not been resolved. there is no information about why the project no longer pays. And until now the official team did not make a press release about this issue |

Exactly, even mostly who make a complaint from bounty or airdrops hunter they are still their customers, anything from customer become affected to the trust of brands and companies. 20 days closed withdraw, to fixed WD problem and update wallet. I don't know, this is will be good or not. But, this is team decision, even worst/not fair on our sides, but we must accept this. |

I don't know, this is will be good or not. But, this is team decision, even worst/not fair on our sides, but we must accept this. There may be a system error in withdrawing, they need time to fix it, the point is whether they like it or not, we have to be patient waiting for the time they have planned to be able to make a withdrawal, hopefully there are policies that they issue |

Agreed.... 20 days locking withdrawal function is a important announcement, but why they did not release an official statement posted on their website, ann thread, social media, etc... The team of this exchange is really unprofessional I think they released it on the telegram or maybe you didn't follow their development on the telegram so they don't know if they released it. |
