This betonline is not popular like the other sports betting and gambling sites, and my question is do the betonline allow deposits using cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin for easy deposits. I will like to give the site a try.

I was surprised that a site with such intriguing features that have been on since 2004 is yet to gain good popularity, and in my quest to knowing, why I discovered bet online only accepts few cryptocurrency like Bitcoin and litecoin and I am wondering what happened to Etherium and the rest of crypto coins, well this might probably not be the reason why its not well known, Maybe they only need a better hype and I also think there is a little confusion on the post.  Some are talking talking about betcoin.ag while others are talking about betonline but I think the poster is for betonline or are they the same ?

Game Protect offers to play with consumer protection service inclusive at BetOnline and there is no reason to worry as BetOnline is a registered company with license. Wink
There are many registered companies with license that scammed people over the years and I don't think we should trust a gambling website anymore just because they say they are licensed.
Correct, a license does not guarantee anything for players! And that is why it is very important to play with consumer protection service inclusive to have the legal action financed if a player will get scammed.

Most people don't even check if that license is valid or not so it's irrelevant anyway.
A license is relevant in the sense of having the liable operator.

Betonline has a lot of scam accusations and people complain about their money so I don't think you can call it a good gambling website even though it is online for so long
Can you link to these many sam accusations?

Yes, they accept Bitcoin.

I don't know why everyone talking about Betcoin.ag While OP is talking about Betonline.ag. Are they same websites? There are some confusions in this thread. OP should make it clear that which website he is referring to. The review is about Betonline.ag and the screenshots are from Betonline.com.

BetOnline.com was one among the top 60 online sportsbooks, racebook, and betting exchanges, by overall traffic received.

Read more here BetOnline review

Review I couldn't check whether Betonline.com accepts Bitcoin or any other crypto because we need to provide personal details to join their website. On the other hand Betonline.ag accepts Bitcoin.
I think Betonline makes provision for Bitcoin and Litecoin payment you can scroll down to the payment method.  Please ensure to read reviews very carefully before thinking of gambling on the site because my major concern with it is why an old betting site will be quite unknown for such a long time. I am also confused on the relationship between betcoin.ag and betonline as have been on the thread.  A good clarification will do no harm.

The website was established in the year of September 2004. BetOnline is a privately introduced online gambling company providing casino games, sports betting, and wagering on horse racing. The company’s CEO is Eddie Robbins III. Back in 2006, Casino City Press stated, BetOnline.com was one among the top 60 online sportsbooks, racebook, and betting exchanges, by overall traffic received.

It uses various software providers for any gaming options, but mostly represented is the well-known BetSoft line of casino software.  Thus, BetOnline is considered one of the most popular gambling sites for US bettors.

It seems this site is not accepting bitcoins nor any other cryptos for betting with them hence I guess most gambler from this crypto community may not be interested on this platform. Honestly, it may be a very old betting platform but that alone will not be a criteria for better gambling experiences.

BetOnline.com was one among the top 60 online sportsbooks, racebook, and betting exchanges, by overall traffic received.
But, the coinpidea is reviewing a site with URL of : BetOnline.ag

Website – BetOnline.ag
I wanted to see whether what the op's saying is true, and it seems to check out. There's an article on Wikipedia about the casino, and there's indeed an archived page from 2004 proving that the casino exists since then, and there's info that this website has been accepting bitcoins for years (at least, since 2015), but I am not sure about this bit's trustworthiness. Also, the answer to your question is available on the Wikipedia page, because there's info about them changing the domain from ag to com a while ago.
Link to Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BetOnline.

I also never heard of this website, but maybe its marketing just wasn't effective.
BETONLINE.ag is a big SCAM
Make a scam accusation here, and we'll see how the casino reacts.

What are you trying to share here op?. Base on your post stated that
Back in 2006, Casino City Press stated, BetOnline.com was one among the top 60 online sportsbooks, racebook, and betting exchanges, by overall traffic received.
is you mention the site which is in "BOLD FONT" in the quote above in which you state that it's BetOnline.com which I check and look at the website's design but the website link provided in the review site is not betonline.combut the website provided in there is actually betonline.ag. I did checked both betonline.com which I think it's not the right to look or check and betonline.ag is what you can see in the review site.

It's funny how they couldn't manage to fund some trust to their reputation in 4 months and scammed away for $350.
These wild experiences are the ones that make us understand that we need to be very cautious with our money and if we get scammed, it should be our first priority as a responsible member of the forum to tell everyone here to stop and not to send their money to these sites.

So this betonline.ag is not safe and secure after all?

But they are existing for so long in the gambling industry. No doubt, they have scammed so many players already. Their website seems professional though.

From the initial OP's post, she's referring to betonline.ag. It is just a review page on that betting site. You can always read positive reviews because most of them are just paid ones. betonline.com is another betting site. From the looks of it, someone is a clone as they have similar interface. Just do further research for both sites before thinking of signing up. And don't rely on the reviews, they might be misleading the true nature of the betting site.

I did not liked the Casino at all.
It kinda lags in between tabs and when viewing some other features.
The domain ending with .ag doesnt feel right, maybe it's just me...

I also read some scams accusations which proves my point.
Has anyone reached any approved withdrawal with proof?

Nothing to see here

I find it shocking that many of you have never heard of BetOnline. It's one of the oldest online sportsbooks in the world and today is the flagship brand of the second largest US-friendly online poker network.

BetOnline.com is their old URL; the site switched to BetOnline.ag in April of 2012.

The site did have an ugly, controversial live dealer blackjack scandal caught on tape back in February of 2017, and ultimately responded by changing to a new live dealer gambing firm.

BetOnline.ag is not related to Betcoin.ag and should not be grouped into the same category as the latter. Betcoin.ag has numerous, legitimate complaints filed against them, despite being nowhere near as popular a site as BetOnline.ag.

BetOnline.ag accepts players from all across the United States (excluding NJ) and most countries around the world.

I'm not sure why people are saying that the site doesn't accept crypto either because BetOnline was also one of the first fiat online gambling sites to integrate and encourage Bitcoin banking on their site. The site now accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Dash, and maybe a few others.

I'm not saying BetOnline is the greatest online gambling site out there, but I will say it's very, very far from being the worst. Depending on where you live in the United States, it may even be your best option.

If you want to read more about this site, you can read my review here:

https://gamblingsitefinder.com/reviews/betonline/

I'd also be happy to answer any questions you may have Smiley
