The reason we are not very active on the forum is that we're spending most of our time on the development and improvement of the
Blitzmoon experience, and we are excited to share some good
NEWS with you today. You'll learn about our plans for the near future and also the
new bonuses available to all users; but first, let us start by responding to some of your questions and comments...
Seems like withdrawal isn't instan.. and there is no record history for that.
Withdrawals are not instant as of now but it is on our to-do list to make a hot wallet available on the website that can serve withdrawal requests up to a considerable amount on a per-user basis. We cannot allow instant withdrawals for large amounts for two reasons:
1. To keep your funds safe
2. To make wallet security more manageable
As for the
withdrawal history, it is available as part of your
transaction history (link available on
your profile page)
I'm curious about the hall of adventures players, Are they really won those big bets or its just a DEMO accounts?
Demo games are not included in the
Hall of Adventures. The list that you see only includes big wins of registered players that have wagered with faucets or their deposits. However, there is one account on the top of the monthly list (player: UkFW6cM6OF) that we used carelessly for our initial tests. We couldn't risk damaging our database records since we already have real players and their money on site. We are looking for a good opportunity to carefully remove that account and it's history from the database. This will most probably be right before Blitzmoon Events are introduced.
Also, we'd like to take this opportunity to clear the air around
KYC and
Social Logins.
Many have asked for a classic signup/signin option using an Email address and a Password. While we do appreciate your privacy concerns and understand that having such an option would allow more players to join us and enjoy the game, adding such an option would bring many challenges that a small team like ours is not equipped to handle right now.
Removing the KYC process allows spammers to take advantage of the system by creating many fake accounts to acquire faucets and receive bounties, emptying the bank roll. Distinguishing such accounts is a very time consuming task and at best would not allow us to make instant withdrawals available to all players.
So you can see that while we'd love to give you that option, signing up using top social medias and login providers is basically the only safeguard that we can use to keep spammers out, in order to give you other features like bounties and instant withdrawals, and we feel like this is a fair trade-off. However, your input on the matter is more than welcome, as always.
