Warning to coupon sellers and buyers! LigaUIO is a scammer!

LigaUIO currently has a post trying to sell $160 and $340 bitmain coupons he has scammed from other coupon sellers. Until the mods ban him this is my best effort to save you guys from being scammed. His post is titled "WTS Bitmain Cuopon $160 and $340".  It is currently locked so people he has scammed already don't stifle his scamming efforts. Not sure how he is not banned already as a quick search on the forum will show tons of posts about his scamming....

Scams aren't moderated so he will not be banned from it:

19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

However, you can ask a DT member (Depth0-2) to investigate and tag the user.
Of course, you should provide some evidence.
