Hi, CryptoWorld!

There’s not a lot of good news lately, right?

The sad price of Bitcoin, the release of ASICs and FPGA devices for popular GPU algorithms ...

You are not tired of working only to pay for electricity?

Do you want to have a constant demand for your computing power?

If your answer to both questions is "Yes", take a closer look at our project.

What is VHS except for the outdated video format?

This is a hybrid project that allows you to take your mining farm a useful work, and get some profit!

This is ability to conduct complex video analysis, or rendering a gigantic scene without having to buy or rent expensive equipment.

This is a good investment cryptocurrency, the price of which depends not on the developers' "wet dreams", but on the demand for computing power.

This is the project opened to everyone.

And now a little more.

Q/A:

Q: What exactly is your project?

A: We are a hybrid project that consists of several stages. The first stage is the launch of the classic cryptocurrency VHS. It will be used in the next stage as a payment method.
The next stage is the launch of the processing pool, based on the modified BOINC project. (https://boinc.berkeley.edu/)

Q: This is distributed computing, right?

A: Yes, distributed computing on the GPU.

Q: I'm confused, do you have cryptocurrency or distributed computing project?

A: First month - POW Cryptocurrency, after - POS and Processing pool launch (It is necessary that the network works and the computing power is free).

Q: What does the processing pool do?

A: Customers can enter tasks (for example, rendering or video analysis) that miners can perform with the help of their GPU devices in the processing pool, while receiving an award made by the client for the work.

Q: And why is there a cryptocurrency?

A: For multiple purposes. To identify a miner by his wallet, to easily scale the network and to get rid of problems with payment systems in different countries.

Q: Great! Will you have a presale, or how to get your coins?

A; We have no premine, so no presales, or other things. If you are an investor, you can buy coins from miners.

Q: Can I have a little more information about the coin?

A: Sure.

VHS coin technical specification:

Type - POW/POS

3 months POW Phase

Block 1 - 200 Instamine protection: 1 VHS per block

Block 200 - 21600: 10 VHS per block

Block 21600 - 43200: 5 VHS per block

Block 43200 - 64800: 3 VHS per block

Next: POS Phase

Block 43201 - block 1000000: 1 VHS per block

Total amount: 1321999 VHS

VHS coin Distribution:

50% - miners, stakers

40% - masternodes

5% - processing pool fee

5% - coin fee

Premine - 0%

Block time - 2 min

Algo - HEX

Port=13200

Rpcport=13201

As you can see, in the specification there are mentions of masternodes, “processing pool fee” and “coin fee”. What are they needed for?

Masternodes are required for several purposes:

- Use Darksend for anonymous transactions.

- Increase network stability.

- The withdrawal from the turnover of coins.

- Attracting investors.

“Coin fee” - a commission of developers necessary for the development of the infrastructure of the VHS coin itself. Exchange listings, advertising, marketing and connection of additional services.

The “Processing pool fee” is the developer's commission necessary for the development of the processing pool and the entire distributed computing system on the GPU.

You may notice that there is no premine at all and the initially set price per coin. This will allow miners to independently evaluate their work, as well as to avoid many problems associated with sales.

It's no secret that the main reason for the closure of cryptocurrency projects is “unfair play” on the part of developers.

This includes both hidden sales and a “pre-mine dump” on a crypto-exchange, as well as direct fraud from the disappearance of the development team immediately after the pre-sale stage.

We want nothing to do with it.

Roadmap:

February-March 2019 - Launch of the VHS main chain

March 2019 - Listings on exchanges, services, etc.

July 2019 - end of POW stage, transition of VHS network to POS

July 2019 - Launch of the processing pool

July 2019-August 2019 - modernization of the processing pool

August 2019-September 2019 - adding cross-fiat payment to the processing pool

September 2019-December 2019 - VHS Computing client upgrade

During the fulfillment of all assigned goals, work will be done on the infrastructure of the VHS coin, additional marketing and advertising campaigns and work with the community.

We will add in wallet some new features, for example - info about working processing pools.

And of course we need time to test.

Now you can test your hardware for compatibility with Processing Pool.
And maybe you can make some science  Wink

For the first time im see such project without a premine. It is interesting then to see the explorer and see what exactly this project will earn. Or do you do it not for earnings but just for the curiosity?

For earning too  Wink

Monetization scheme:

You need to make some Video Analyse or render big amount of info
@
You come to the Processing Pool
@
To add a task you need VHS coins (the minimum amount depends on the complexity of the task)
@
You will buy some coins
@
...
@
Profit!

waiting for the launch, I will watch. I am glad that recently such projects (not empty ones) have appeared it seems to me that now is the time that we need to launch standing projects, it's time to think about the future.

Great to hear it!

We do not like very much that the enormous computing power is spent on mining one-day shitcoins, instead of bringing benefits. And the miners themselves from these shitcoins do not receive much profit, are they?

We very much hope to interest game developers in the first place. If the price of rendering decreases, we have every chance of getting a good audience. And the miners will finally receive payment depending only on their computing power, plus they can be proud that in the new game some of the images are made on their mining farm.  Cool
