I also ran these numbers. This formula is good for a basic estimate for most coins, however I think the POS-only factor may play a part in increasing the value beyond what's presented here. Not being able to mine should bump up the value, I think. How much.. I don't know.

Why don't you trust nxt-e? I've had far less issues with them than poloniex and cryptsy and the admins are actually online in the chat so you can talk to them regularly.
