You have a lot of anonymous coins. Most of them are forks of Monero or ZCash.
Electroneum, DigitalNote, DeepOnion, ZClassic, Bitcoin Private. A lot of them are considered as scam coins (ZClassic, Bitcoin Private). Others have lost a lot of their value.
Their marketcap is not extremely low. But volume of exchange is low or extremely low.
You can also look at Shield (XSH) too. Its marketcap is less than 1 million. There is surely more new and old privacy coins. You should be careful as exchanges tend to stop the trading of coins with low volume of exchange.

Verge went from a 500,000 to a near 700 million market cap last year, because people wanted in on a cheap solid privacy coin, and this year privacy coins will still see a rise once we hit a good bull run. Although the crypto world is unpredictable, it's likely we won't even see a quarter of the gains this year since I doubt the total crypto market cap will go 30x this year like last year, most people predict 1-2 trillion so we may have 4x gains. Anyway, while it's harder than ever now to find solid privacy coins with an extremely low market cap, like lower than zoin at 20m, I'm sure there will be some hidden gems.

Some I've found so far are hexx (3m) and aerium (700k). Also another coin that I wasn't going to share because I'm sure it's a scam like xspec is speedcash that has a 200k mc.

If you hold, found, know, or believe in any low mc privacy coins please share!

few days ago i read some people talk about uplexa, and i think Uplexa is good privacy coin with low marketcap for now
remember this is not a financial advice, you should DYOR before investing my friend

The ones with less promises and more product

Spectrecoin and here is why:

I ve been a holder of this project cause they have promised to invent anonymous PoS -
Means you can convert all your funds to Spectre to keep it "off the blockchain explorer" but STILL receive staking rewards on them (interest)

As of May 17th this technology finally has been implemented in v3 wallet and finally gone LIVE (on a trustless setup unlike PIVX - recently reported a vulnerability of that scheme)

https://briandcolwell.com/spectrecoins-ring-signature-stealth-staking/

The price has already gone up significantly
Yet, still many people don't know about it (its only TOP 200-300 as of now)

Is it private - Yes
Can you gain anonymous PoS rewards - Yes
Is it a good smooth wallet - Yes
Ring Signatures and Stealth Addresses? - Yes
IP protected? - Yes  TOR+OBFS4
Is it easy to work - Yes
Is it still unknown - Yes $

Like RKh says.....Spectrecoin has been here all along....but lacked clear leadership while Mandica was away with health isssues.
Since Mandica, the original project owner/manager returned in March 2018 ....every stated goal has been reached.

The big one .....Stealth Staking [Proof of Anonymous Stake] was privately tested with a select group of community members, then publicly tested in the to be sure it was perfect.
Then, PoAS went live to the main chain May 17,2019.

Users can choose whether to stake xspec, stake spectre or stake any combination of the two....on The Onion Router [TOR] network where it has always run natively.

With the organization and registration of the Spectrecoin Foundation in the UK and a roadmap making new goals for the future you can be confident the stability and development will continue.

Sound like something of interest? Check us out Spectrecoin "Your Privacy at Stake"
