I'm very delighted that some good measures are happening to all those that has use the opportunity available with blockchain technology and Bitcoin to scam innocent victims.

The leader of a prolific cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme, OneCoin, was arrested and charged on Mar. 6th. OneCoin Ltd. claims to have 3 million members—or victims—worldwide and has generated over €3.3 billion in fraudulent sales. In reality, the OneCoin “cryptocurrency” did not use a blockchain at all while it scammed investors out of billions.

Get more info about it here:- https://cryptoslate.com/worse-than-bitconnect-leader-billion-dollar-cryptocurrency-pyramid-scam-onecoin-arrested/
I remember that one of my facebook friends wayback in the years which she tries to convince me to invest with this scam coin. When she tried to explain at first i know this is already a scam/ponzi
yet you can able to see that their token is growing its price overtime plus having no blockchain which is a guaranteed/absolute thing that it is totally a fraud and im surprised that
there are millions of people got fooled. This do only proves out that lots arent still aware on how blockchain/crypto works.

That's pretty huge for a billion dollar scam company, these scams are just easy money when there's bull and everyone thinks cryptocurrency products are godlike with profitability like how MLM goes, some people are aware with the scheme but yea like what they say gtfo asap when theres still fresh money coming in, what they doesn't know that's they are always late regardless

OneCoin? It sounds very familiar. It's my first time seeing it here but I'm already seeing it being advertised personally by a store here in the Philippines. I didn't know it was a cryptocurrency though. Good thing scams like this are being sniffed out and getting put behind bars. Man, this type of scams is what's keeping people from investing in cryptocurrency.
Same thing here mate since i saw this also in some store and being introduced by a person i met once from a friend,i am lucky because i find it so good to be true thats why i keep the distance

Now i am trying to reach out my friend if he become a victim of this and waiting for the reply

Whats good in this is now the governments are making actions towards this scammers and i am sure we will be seeing more of this in future.

But lets make this as an example for us not to become a victim of this kind of scammers
