You should not say like instead you may say Ambani does not allow CSK to win. That might apt for these teams. MI picked world class players and running their team. This two powerful aspects are pushing them in financial side and team side.


Funny MI team lovers should know that you have heavy bowlers and batsmen in the team not performing well when you equal it to CSK team players. I am damn sure again CSK gonna mark the defending championship.

Am expecting CSK to win logically and emotionally. MI have a great record against CSK, but records are meant to be broken and I feel that CSK could break this record too under Dhoni and his experienced team. This is going to be one heck of a finale!

CSK main powerhouse is its bowling. Spin department has been exceptional this year. Bowling first in Hyderabad is surely going to have edge. If Chennai bowls first, the game is going to them and Dhoni will lift the cup.
As a hard core fan, all I want to see is Yuvraj playing one last time instead of Ishan Kishan. I want to see him winning cup for MI.  I really hope Mumbai bats second and Yuvraj does the run-chasing.

Here is my prediction for the playoffs and finals:

Qualifier 1: MI vs CSK: MI win, since CSK is not in great form
Eliminator: DC vs SRH: Win for DC
Qualifier 2: DC vs CSK: Win for DC

Finals: DC vs MI: MI wins the tournament.

That's less likely to be happened. I guese MI and CSK will play the final match. MI will win the qualifier 1 and CSK will play against probably DC.
The chances of winning for MI in the final is also high since they are having quite decent performance.

This is so far, each of my prediction is correct. The final will be so   MI will dominate over CSK as like they did back in the day. I wish MI lift the trophy. They deserve it the most. Almost all of their local player is in good form. Rohit, Suraiya, Hardik, except Ishan Kishan though. Their bowling attack is also one of the best. So, there's no chance for CSK in theory, but miracle can only help CSK to lift the cup. I wish MI win, good luck.

As a hard core fan, all I want to see is Yuvraj playing one last time instead of Ishan Kishan. I want to see him winning cup for MI.  I really hope Mumbai bats second and Yuvraj does the run-chasing.

I wouldn't use the word "comfortably". CSK didn't had an easy win and they had only one over to spare when they won the match. It was a lot closer than what it looks like on paper. Had DC managed another 10-15 runs, it would have been a different story altogether. The Delhi Captain should blame himself for the slow batting. Anyway... best luck for the next season. With such a young and relatively inexperienced side, DC played really well during this edition.

Lol. Hilarious. No outstanding player in CSK? What have you been watching? The entire squad is filled with some of the best players in the world of Cricket who can take the game away on any given day even if some are inconsistent due to their experience.

Watson is wasting a lot of balls and the CSK selectors need to seriously think about replacing him (or at least sending him down the order). They need to make sure that Dhoni and Raina are able to play the maximum number of balls. The extra bowler option didn't worked last time. For the match against DC, they had played the extra bowler (Shardul Thakur), but his performance was not up to the mark.

MI has the best players among all the teams in the tournament and closely comes Chennai. I'm happy to see these two teams in finals. Happy for Dohni inspite of his position in his national team, his led team is now in finals of IPL.

Don't you think Mumbai bowling is also not less than Chennai? Bumrah is the leading bowler right now, Malinga is experienced enough, Krunal is also a good one.
There's no way of Chennai winning the final although I believe anything can happen.

On big matches anything can happen,CSK have good record against mumbai but only on chennai venue MI has record win,fortunately today's match will be played on Hyderabad so better chance for Chennai since they have best spin attack this year.

In 2019 as well we will not have a new IPL team winner . It would be again CSK who might take it for 4th time or MI take it for 3rd time and equals CSK record of 3 times each winning the IPL . Is it going to interest many where we have same winners every year sort ?
