What da..revert it means pababalikin nila? How come? once you can make a transaction on blockchain hindi na yan mababawi unless kung sa kanila yung receiver. It's clearly obvious they are a very shady wallet. Maybe they allowed to cash out a small amount, not a huge amount. I remember in my case before when I used Freewallet.org and until now my token there can't retrieve.
Just keep update on their support team, or tell them you make a scam accusation against them in all social media where you can drive traffic.

What do you mean by 'shady'? We asked you several times to provide us with more details about your issue; the token you've been waiting to retrieve, User ID, support ticket number.
Like many people, you go by the strategy 'if I threaten to post on social media, I will get attention and a faster resolution'. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way at Freewallet. Most of our cases come through our Support Center here:

By spamming, accusing, making assumptions, threatening, etc. you don't speed up a resolution. On the contrary, you take the resources and time that could go into resolving cases and improving our service into responding to assumptions.
