Constantinople is the most recent framework wide update for the Ethereum stage and the following stage on the guide towards Ethereum 2.0, when the accord convention will move from confirmation of-work to evidence of-stake. These substantial scale code redesigns are regularly alluded to as "hard forks" since they make a changeless break from the current Ethereum code.

will move from confirmation of-work to evidence of-stake.
Are you sure about that? As far as I know, it would be from ''proof of work'' to ''proof of stake''.

Most users and holders of this coin don't actually care what upgrade the hard fork is going to bring to the community but more concerned of how they are going to make a lot of money after the fork has occurred and how they can dump it for ethereum or bitcoin to make free money.

I personally don't see the reason for creation of lots of hard fork, there should be option of a soft fork like how lightning network was implemented in btc.

It seems to me that it is not entirely appropriate to compare the bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains. Ethereum is a representative of the next generation of the blockchain, and here it is sometimes impossible to do without hard forks (to implement basic network updates).
By the way, here's the countdown timer to Constantinople: https://amberdata.io/blocks/7280000

This recent Ethereum blockchain hard fork is a welcome development to the entire cryptocurrency sphere, the latest update will go a long way to improve the scalability, consensus algorithm and the security of the Ethereum blockchain

I think without going into the fine details this thing alone is a big satisfaction for me as an eth holder and investor that team is actively developing, working and improving the network i think this is the basic thing that is needed from the developer team of each coin and tech project so eth has it all and im very bullish in long term view of eth.

Where is the "introduce" part really?

Whatever, Ethereum community has published a blog post at 22nd Feb. The post telling us what they will do their network.

You can read it here: https://blog.ethereum.org/2019/02/22/ethereum-constantinople-st-petersburg-upgrade-announcement/

Summary: They are preparing POS integration. And they are using double names for their upgrade due to delays.

A lot of speculations are coming across this ethereum constantinople hardfork is it going to happen or usually will it be delayed by giving some shit reasons? Because we are still in bear trend where they will make a delay on this without a reason.
