Winners wins back ones own bet plus the losers BTC relative to their bet - 5% fee.

Equation for winner:
B=Your Bet, L=All losers total bet, W=All winners total bet, YW=Your win
B + (((B ÷ W) × L) × 0,95) = YW

Scenarios:
Winner of war = Either one of the following
1. Having coerced the other government without reasonable doubt more than the other for ones benefit until ones own admits peace without immediate continuation by any other form of and representing of the nation.
2. Admission of loss by the other government and no immediate continuation by any other form of and representing of the nation.
3. Complete annihilation of the other government and no immediate continuation by any other form of and representing of the nation.
4. Complete annihilation of the other country.
5. Complete annihilation of the other citizens.
6. Annexing the other country, without an immediate continuation by any other form of and representing of the nation.

Loser of war = Other side winning
No one winning = If neither of the scenarios for winning occurs + Either one of the following.
1. No super-majority (75% of a random poll of the public about this issue being up for at least a week.) agreement on victory between the two.
2. No super-majority (75% of a random poll of the public about this issue being up for at least a week.) agreement on loss between the two.
3. The war is not resolved in one year of the start of the war (decided 26:th of February 2019). (+The amount of time can be changed by popular demand until 28'th of March 2019 with a random poll of the public about this issue being up for at least a week or my poll about it I'll make by popular demand.)

If no one of the scenarios (win, los or no one winning) can be established (for some reason) Everyone will get their money back.

Beting:
Send the amount you want to bet to the BTC adress "19htvE8E9yZSQN4DgikNhuxsjKv9syg8yE" or QR code to adress "https://imgur.com/a/exwrnYk"

Your payment amount MUST have the sixth number as "1" for "India", number "2" for "Pakistan" and "3" for "no one". I will send you a small amount back with the same sixth number as confirmation and the whole amount (minus the service fees from where I'm sending from) back if it didn't work.
REMEMBER to check for what the RECEIVING amount is going to be, NOT the one you are trying to send as most hosts for sending BTC charge a fee. Some charge a fee from what you are trying to send and some charge an additional fee.

IF, ON THE OTHER HAND, you manage to send a message/note/description with the payment and put either "India", "Pakistan" or "No one" (corresponding to the bets) in it you can put whatever amount you want. I'll send back if it doesn't work. THIS IS THE SAFEST AND EASIEST WAY TO BET!

Yeah, I'm trying to figure that out. If it's small amounts just for fun it could work, but how would you ensure that it would work with an escrow? If they put in the btc and loose can't they just lie and say they won?

Talk to the guy who will hold the BTC for you and explain them your terms. The Tx are all public so I do not see any point of them to lie. Find a trusted escrow. There are member who held over few thousands BTC for projects. For them, your small amounts are not big deal.
