You are requiring not even the personal information of the player but also the photographic identification and it must be a government issued ID?
this is not a Bitcoin thing in my perspective.

What country are your gambling website operate or reside? do you have any license to operate with?

was going to ask about that , cause terms makes it look like all the players have to send their ID in order to withdraw but hope this is not the case

also as I can see the search tab in the bookie doesn't work , everytime I enter a team's name and press search it doesn't show the matches for that team and it's really annoying to keep searching for the team through the countries and competitions

Withdraw requests do not require any personal qualifications and will only be considered for high amounts.
We did not see any error in the search for teams and leagues. We hope that we will soon cover the games more fully.
And of course, all of this will be resolved shortly with your support.
Thanks

Best,
Betlake support
Then you must specify it clearly as it's your 'terms' and it's obliviously important above anything else as it can serve as a contract between the creator and the users. I'm not against your No.1 Simple site though but there are some Bitcoin Sportsbook that already got a bad reputation because of not paying their player that won 21.5BTC.

Trusting users to use the site is one of our most important goals and this will be achievable in the long term
The points raised in the forum are important to us and considered as much as possible
And sharing experiences of site users in this community will help clarify the ambiguous issues
Please before using the site, be sure to read the rules page.

Best,

Lol. What in the heck? This feels like I am applying for my driving license or something. Honestly, this is stupidity.

I don't think there is a provably fair mechanism set in place here which is a bad sign. These guys need to realize that KYC is frowned upon in the cryptocurrency community.

provably fair ?? what kind of games are you seeing in the site that needs to be provably fair ?

I started doubting my eyes cause all I see in betlake is sportsbetting , unless you know some provably fair sportsbetting sites  Roll Eyes

I mean, I only see a few events from the major competitions. For example, I don't see odds for the England premier league games today.

Fixed first the SSL issue before anything else. Gamblers won't take the risk of depositing, not even a satoshi if your site cannot provide security for it's customer, that's a major no-no for any gambling site for that matter.

Good for you to comply with this mate, as gamblers always wanted to check out if the site is secured as aside from risking their money
while playing, they are also concerned with security of their funds, just a simple improvements will also bring attentions knowing that
the team behind is always ready for good critizations.

Nice improvement on the site since my last visit, thanks for listening to some suggestions here.
I like the odds, it's very competitive now.

Do you have a running promotion? I don't see anything in the site, it would be nice if you have since it's a new site, I believe?

they already changed the info they need upon registration -

else, they will find it difficult to have gamblers on board.
i think the betlake team is hearing the suggestions posted by members of the community.
i hope they will be active in answering their clients' issues all throughout and not only in this early stage.

i think the betlake team is hearing the suggestions posted by members of the community.
They did actually that's why we are seeing some changes or improvement, but the question here is how trusted this site is.
I have not seen any feed back from gamblers, and they have no running promotion yet AFAIK.

i hope they will be active in answering their clients' issues all throughout and not only in this early stage.

It's important if they want to succeed, but the first thing they need to do is to attract gamblers which is the hardest part since the competition is getting bigger.

This is great news. The new registration form is much better and it seems like the betlake team are serious about their endeavor.

Seems like they are actively answering queries on this thread which is another good sign, but no active promotions is a bummer.

Providing security for gamblers investments is very important because gambling is a risky investments and as such the gamblers will wish that their funds and coins are safe before taking the risk of playing at any gambling sites.
