The Fivebalance ( FBN ) mobile app is designed to support self improvement. Depression is a common problem for many who struggle with anxiety, which often leads to suicide attempts. This is an area where Fivebalance can possibly make a difference by providing suggestions and guidance on how to improve one's life, providing a mechanism for them to set goals, and giving rewards as motivation and encouragement for accomplishing their set goals.

A guy from my team has taken the lead role in Fivebalance. I'm still not convinced on them, but I have confidence in my guy. We're going to let him prove to us Fivebalance is legit, then we will get behind him 1000 percent. He does have some good things lined up though, and the project has turned around already.
