If you will only read carefully . he is saying that his coins are not worth the price  , that obviously means that his coins are already being listed to an online exchange  . and also , if the coin does not have any value , that does not mean that it will not be listed forever  .  others are just delayed because that is what written on their road map  while most of the coins that has not a value are purely made for scamming .

It is depend on the potential of those coins that you are referring.because if they are just shitcoin then the chances is it will die soon even how long you hold them
But to make sure of safe investing then buy only the coins on top 20

I understand the point of view and I know that what is sought or is to get some benefit from those currencies, there are two things you can do:

1.- You can expect the whole market in general to become Bullish, and that you consider selling when you see an acceptable percentage of profit.

2.-You can place the order of sale of your coins in your Exchange with a profit above 40% to 50%.

The other way is to track the projects to see what plans they have, if there is more development, if they have innovated in the characteristics, if what they offer is really convincing, and if it is worth continuing to believe that the potential is strong and that it has only to go through what the altcoins naturally suffer from being in a market in the accumulation phase and in a bearish environment. And it is recommended to have a lot of patience, because you do not know how long we will last in this long stage of market accumulation in general.

of course. Because your tokens are still paired with BTC or ETH or some altcoins. If that altcoins grows taller, your tokens price will grow accordingly so it will create a series of growth.
If you choose the right time to invest in both altcoins, you will get compound interest.

Agreed, bitcoin is the representative to the entire cryptocurrency network. Earlier with the bull run price marched along with bitcoin. Once after the same same as the fall of bitcoin majority of the altcoins experienced a big fall in value. BTC will grow and continue growing in future as well. Some times patience is the key and holding longer at times can help you especially when it is already at low and selling at this point would be like only incurring losses or cutting your future profits.
