I was thinking about starting a YouTube channel regarding Bitcoin/crypto. I was thinking I was focusing on tutorials about the wallets, recovery, services, etc. (It won't be anything related to price analysis).

What are your thoughts and what do you think are some themes that you think should be covered?

It is a good idea
you should identify the topics that you will explain in the channel and the level that you will teach
for example, the wallets or mining
Will you start with beginners from scratch or will you talk to advanced levels?
It is possible to combine the two ideas but it will be cumbersome

The idea is fascinating! I think it's better to start with the basics and its history, just to indicate what it's all about. Though depends on how advanced your target audience is.
