You should be an example for many other gamblers in order to avoiding making the decisions you made.
You need to get some support from your family, your friends so that you will overcome your addiction because this will be disastrous for your life if it will continue in the future.

Dear community,
I am so pumped to see the positive reaction and care from all of you. I read most of the responses it most of them were inspiring. The addiction period was around 2010-2012 and after that I did not gamble until recently.

I am still in full control of my emotion. The money I deposited I lost them but I am okay with it. This is what I am doing:

- Not looking at any odds
- Not even logging in any betting account
- Focusing on very less football updates because this is where my addiction is.
- I am doing some other activities which is keeping me away to think about gambling

Wtf , vomit ?  Lol  . there are many words to describe but why you use vomit .  sounds gross to me  tbh .

Vomit is just the term from "going back to your vomit",,, it is because dogs and cats like to do that. They vomit what hurts them, so it is finally  out of their bodies, but in the end they always go back to it. My dog used to always eat up all his vomit so I know this term is true!

But back to the topic, it is not the easiest thing to get rid of an addiction. All of us who have addictions know this to be true. We can even give up something after a great struggle for years and it takes one incident and one moment for a relapse.

Good luck again Pamoldar, I hope you always let us know when you need us. And yes, keep doing something outside, distractions work for a while but find something you are passionate about.

Cool story bro, Damn I don't know how much I lost in the last 10 years or so of my gambling addiction. Heck I even would escape my job and play in a casino and then make excuses not to go to work the next day until one day they have to let me go. It really sucks but I guess I have to man up and make a turn for the better. I still played but not like before though, I just control myself (which is very hard to do) and not to recover all my losses in that (bad) run I have years ago.

Glad to hear that you still have full control of your emotion because I think that is the important thing that every gambler should have.

You have done a good thing to help you control the emotion. I see that you can build new activities which can attract your mind to stay focus on those activities, so there is no chance for you to think about gambling.

I am sure that it will work well too for the others and I think they need to learn from you. I am sure that soon, you can be a person who can help other people around you to solve their addiction to gambling.

Trying to not to recover the lost amount of the gambling sites is also need to be considered as a form of controlling ourselves. But you need to remember that you can't make your life earnings from gambling for that you need to go to job,or do some business.I always having control my gambling activities under my limit because I know that I can't afford much for it,if I have that money I can invest it to somewhere I can keep making assured earnings.

Gambling is a horrible disease so if you dont feel compelled to go back to it then dont.
Similar to an alcoholic who drank for many years and decided to stop to better his health.
If one day that alcoholic decided to potentially relapse, like him you need to think about how the positives outweigh the negatives of your addiction.
Stay strong and dont let anyone else persuade you into doing what you know is the wrong thing for you ideally.

Well, from here i can see your self-control and its good for you to keep going like this. Now i see a more responsible person on you. We can really survive on gambling addiction if we continue to help ourself to do so. Congrats for this one!  Smiley

if you will continuously put your bets with high odds expect that your loosing streak will continue, as you can see on your bets you have been won with a low odds, you are betting with a high risk that is why you are keep on loosing, but if that is your betting strategy then go for it.

I know if I start chasing then I will lose more but a mind of me is pushing me to go for it.

That's probably will happen, you've experience it already and you will just repeat things over and over, in the end you will loss more money
and your effort from your job will just be wasted for nothing. I am not judging your future because it should be you, if you will continue and you feel you have a chance then you have to go with it, establishing a bankroll is hard especially that you are betting a decent amount of money.

I believe you are playing at sports.io with the ss your showed, may I suggest to just bet on parlays with huge payout and risk only a small amount, if you are lucky you can start it as your bankroll and gamble it in even games. I believe there are high odds in sportsbet like x100, x50, etc, you can use them.

Shit happens sometimes. I remember one day I bet for 5 football match and I lost every match. You will be surprised that I had lost one bet which I made after my choosing team score 1 goal. That's the sad part of betting.

That my friend, is the endless cycle of gambling. Regardless of your winnings or losings, no matter what happens (if you fail to discipline yourself) you will always go back and try to win more OR recover your losses. The only way to stop this is by knowing WHEN TO STOP BETTING. If this helps, try adding a limit to your daily/weekly/monthly bets. Set a specific value that you are willing to lose and from there, play with your resources.

Bottomline, once you start experiencing a losing streak in gambling your mind will always tell you to RECOVER those losses. Move-on and accept that the only way to recover those losses is by STOPPING.

This type of incident will made any person into experienced person that he won't make any mistakes again in his life especially in gambling but it was a huge loss for get it back to your life is very tough but we need to move on from any situation it will be positive or a negative.

If this were the situation, I think the best way to help himself is by asking his loved ones or relatives for help. If they cannot help themselves then intervention of their families may at least convince the person to stop. The first step is always on the mind and deciding that you want to change for the better.

I have been through this and I can relate. You have stayed away from gambling for 2 years by the help of your friends and family and I assure you can away for a longer time. Don’t think of getting back to recover loses, you just need a break. Gambling is meant to be fun and not require so much commitment.

You can imagine how much you have lost and the good things this money would have done to you, no one can advise you now except you talk to yourself.

Once you are taking a long break it could be also for your 20 so after entering from a long period of time you will also be like a new here so my Open tennis in this type of situation investing very low amount will be more recommendable and also suggest them because if you invest a lot more amount it may also be lost by you.

This is usually happen in gambling, the more we hunger of winning the more it goes far to us and it causes more losses by then.
In every gambling, we don't have to expect of winning cause we only have less chances for that knowing that luck isn't all of the time with us.

Having a look break from gambling, it is somewhat enough to realize of what we do and how much we loss those times when we are addicted into it.

Help from others is totally different when you do first help yourself. You are right than no one on this world can help you completely but only yourself.
Long duration of break time doesn't make sure that you are already broke on gambling addiction because a single game can trigger out once again your addiction.
It well depends on a certain person on how he handle gambling back from after a long break.

And so, the universe conspire to make you stop gambling permanently. All i can see is LOST and mate i think you shouldnt try gambling again even its just for a break. You dont notice it but as soon as you get back to it, you will start betting more and get addict again. Take this as a lesson and do whats right now.
So if the degree of uncertainty is that high and if the loss in gambling cannot be avoided, why to enter the gambling in the first place? Those who have a million dollars do not mind loosing few thousand dollars but those who intend to put in the only money they have is something alarming. It is like putting all you family at risk. Thus proved that gambling is not for everyone and better be part of the cryptomarket rather than part of gambling.

This things should be avoided, though OP already mentioned that he still have full controlled  it means that he wouldn't push anything without
thinking of possible risk, someone who have control and good mindset will completely quit and accept loses instead of trying to recover using additional
funds, limited bankolls and playing only to have some fun.

For OP, good to have additional activities to keep yourself busy and your minds to be more focus from other things inside of it.
Good luck  and keep your assets safe, avoid risking money that can be used from other things aside from gambling.

You really can't tell the state of mind of a gambler on that moment. But I really do hope that what he's saying that he's in full control is true. Because sooner or later, once he's hooked up again with his betting, he can easily go back to his old self.
